Located off of this living space is a comfy nook with a queen sized bed. This is the third bedroom in the home.

But the surprises don't stop on the main floor. Head downstairs to discover a fantastic hangout area, where you can gather with your family and friends to enjoy games, laughter, and quality time together. This additional space adds a whole new dimension to your stay, providing endless entertainment options for all ages. There are also two twin beds located in this area. There is also a second 3/4 bathroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a third bathroom on the lower level!

The waterfront and beach area are a short walk on a groomed path from the house, and there is a fire pit at the waters edge. In the summer months, there is also a dock for your boat. Webster Lake is one of those hidden treasures in the Lakes Region of NH. If you wish, you can drive your vehicle to the waters edge. There is a grill on the back deck, outdoor dining space, outdoor shower and a hot tub for you to enjoy!
