We are glad to hear you had a nice time overall. Thank you for your feedback. The property does have a regular pest treatment and prevention service. While all efforts are made, and we have made sure to follow up with the property management.

First and foremost, I am sincerely sorry that you were required to switch units during your 3 night stay (Thursday to Sunday). It is our policy to inform guests whenever there is a possibility of switching units and it had been written within the property description. I looked back at the communication between us and I see that you were informed about switching units within the message stating that your reservation was accepted. Please accept my apologies for not reiterating this to you. Additionally, our call log does not show any incoming phone calls or missed phone calls or voicemails from you. Customer service is very important to us and we would have attempted to resolve your issue immediately. Regarding switching units, this property has 7-nights stays starting on either Friday or Saturday. Sometimes we are able to split the 7-night stays into shorter stays (as with your reservation). This is when room switching occurs and it is stated within the description. Switching does not occur for Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday bookings. I am sorry that you were inconvenienced.

Thank you for staying with us We are glad you had a wonderful time

Hi Gwen, Thank you for staying with us. I am glad you enjoyed the condo. I am sorry to hear that the Front desk staff and pool area didn't meet your expectations. We will certainly pass on your feed back to the property management about those areas/

Thank you for your review. I'm glad to read that you enjoyed the property and it's great location. I'd like to learn more about what made the master bedroom feel stuffy. Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to book here again.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review. I am glad that you had a nice trip and enjoyed the rental.

(FEBRUARY 2018) I am very sorry to read about your experience. Your review has been taken very seriously and this is the first time I have heard about a cleanliness issue at this resort. The property has a contract with a commercial pest control provider to service the unit on regular intervals. The housekeeping staff has deep cleaned the unit and ensured that the carpet is thoroughly cleaned. The on-site maintenance staff has inspected the unit and repainted where it was peeling. The pest control provider regularly treats all of the units in the building on a scheduled basis. It's uncommon to get a complaint about roaches and it is taken very seriously and addressed right away. Honestly, when a guest has a terrible experience, I feel sympathy and I feel obligated to do something about it and attempt to find a remedy for the situation during the guest’s stay. It's unfortunate that your review is the first time learning about your experience. Had you contacted me during your stay, I would have looked into doing one of the following: switch you to another unit (based on availability), provide you with complimentary full-service cleaning to address all of the issues, or provide compensation for your experience. While some issues can be easily addressed by the resort's front desk, I want to be a guest's first point of contact when a major issue arises so that I can ensure it is taken care of immediately and ensure guests are satisfied with their stay. Please do contact me so that I can do something to make you feel better regarding you stay.
