Newly Remodeled 4 Bedroom Getaway | Unit 20
Summary:
Come and enjoy this Newly Remodeled four bedroom Forest view end-unit. That offers the coziness we all look forward to in a Tahoe Cabin, but with a modern twist. While staying here you will have access to this private communities amenities such as the Sauna, Pool(summer season), Tennis courts, and many others. You can't forget about the mile long stretch of lakefront that this property is located on.
This unit is about a 5-10min walk from 1 of the 2 private sandy beaches within the community.
The Space:
Two of the bedrooms are nicely decorated with queen beds; one has a door to the downstairs deck, and the other has a TV. The third bedroom is an extra-large room with two bunk beds. Each bed has a full sized mattress on the bottom bunks and twins on the top. There is one large downstairs bathroom which has privacy doors for both the bath and the toilet which comfortably accommodates the downstairs bedrooms.
Upstairs is the master suite, which has a king size bed, TV, and attached master bath with double sinks and a shower. The living room is nicely decorated with a couch, and of course a television. The dining room is tucked away off the kitchen surrounded by windows and an entry onto the upstairs deck. The kitchen looks out into the living area. It is well- accommodated with modern appliances and a nice forest view.
The Neighborhood:
Chinquapin is 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Secluded coves, sandy beaches, towering evergreens, and natural wildflowers reflect in the crystal clarity of Lake Tahoe, creating one of nature’s most awe-inspiring sights. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.
Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that some features and amenities may be unavailable in the winter due to snow—including but not limited to BBQs, outdoor furniture, and patios. Additionally, Chinquapin amenities are not guaranteed and may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation.
