A wonderful modern 650 sq ft. studio loft in the heart of the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. The unit has a gated parking spot for 1 car, full appliances, fresh linens, towels, tv (basic channels), movies, and internet. The sofa can be turned into a bed for an additional guest making it so three people can stay in the unit. Great unit for an out of town student, family visits, and travelers ready to explore LA. Rooftop has a hot tub, and open community grill. I live in the area as well and happy to list the many museums, bars, restaurants, parks to visit in the area, and always a phone call away for directions etc.
