The apartment has everything you need to have a great time. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, so you can pack light. Air Conditioning Console ONLY in the Bedroom. Steps to a great beach , Playa Azul. Enjoy the gorgeous ocean view as the sound of the waves relax and renew you. The apartment is located about 35 to 45 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), 15 minutes to El Yunque, 15 minutes to the ferry to Vieques and Culebra, 5 minutes to Los Kioskos de Luquillo (very popular local food places) and steps to several beaches.

Luquillo has everything, it is a very peaceful and quiet place, beautiful beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, and it is very famous for the typical food at the Luquillo Kiosks. Living in front of the sea is a privilege that every person should experience.

My property is unique and different from the rest because it has the following, you can sleep with the windows open and listen to the waves of the sea all night which makes you feel like you are in a SPA, when you are having breakfast on the balcony it is so close to The beach makes you feel like you are having breakfast in the same sea, there is peace and tranquility both in the building and on the beach.
