The space
This house offers 4 bedrooms, each boasting a spectacular view of the surrounding hillside. The space has a calming and peaceful ambiance with luxurious yet comfortable design, ensuring you feel totally at ease during your stay.

The first floor features a spacious open floor plan and a stunning outdoor space complete with a cozy patio, built in outdoor tappan grill and barbeque, and lounge chairs for you to enjoy panoramic sunset views from. There is a full kitchen complete with all major appliances and basic pantry staples, a dining area that seats six, and a spacious living room to relax and enjoy a movie. One of the four bedrooms is on the first floor with a bathroom to accompany it, providing an accessible option for any guests who are unable to climb stairs.

The second floor opens up to a playroom area complete with a playhouse and endless activities for your little ones to enjoy. Explore further and you'll find the master bedroom with a luxurious spa-inspired full bath and a desk space, creating a comfortable environment for working if needed. Two additional bedrooms and a shared restroom between them are on this floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a full/double sized bed.

You'll have the entire home to yourself with 24/7 self-check-in using a digital keypad. Instructions and will be provided on arrival day for easy access.

◦SMOKING | Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the property.
◦VEHICLE LIMIT | We have a limit of 4 vehicles per booking. Any additional vehicles must be approved prior to booking- feel free to send us a message!
◦PETS | We are happy to accept pets during your stay for an additional fee of $100 per pet with prior approval. Please reach out via messaging if you would like to bring your pet and we will discuss further.
◦NO PARTIES | Please respect the quiet enjoyment of the property and the privacy of our neighbors.
◦COMMERCIAL FILMING/PHOTOSHOOTS | If you'd like to use the property during your stay for a commercial photoshoot or filming of any kind, it must be approved in advance and additional fees will apply. Please reach out prior to booking to provide more information regarding the project.
