The home was very nice & extremely clean! The 3 stars are for a few reasons: (1) While we were driving there I realized we did not have the check-in information & saw they sent an email requiring a pic of me holding my ID & a pic of my credit card (after VRBO approved me and 5,000 was taken from my account) so I had to take a picture while driving! (2) The pool was very small! It was also full of leaves & dirty when we arrived so we did not even use it (except for our teens for 5 minutes). However, they did clean it on the morning of check out... so we paid 50/day to heat a pool that we never even really used. (3) They ask you to sort garbage from recycling but have very limited garbage space for a family of 6 and one of the cans was already full when we arrived so we did not have anywhere to put our trash... (4) They monitor you during your entire stay! We did not have any sense of privacy during our entire visit! They sent me a message saying they noticed we have "little ones", even though we did not, & asked if we wanted them to come get the high chair immediately after our arrival, so we know they were watching us on the cameras. Also, while we were gone, they came and put garbage bags in the cans that we had set in front of the cans (because there was no room for them). So we know they were coming and going while we were gone. It was a very awkward, and Eerie feeling the whole time & we never truly felt comfortable.
