This is a new listing with VRBO. I have been in operation since 2011 and am very experienced with vacation rentals. Your cozy getaway awaits in Dana Point at this marvelous cottage. With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed, a soothing bathroom with a shower, and a lovely living room with a comfy sofa bed, this retreat is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. Experience what Dana Point has to offer with a stay at our cottage. A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park, Go to the Marina for a fun get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly alternative to the overpriced resort hotels.

This beautiful cottage was exactly as the listing stated. It was cozy, comfortable, well-appointed and close to stores, restaurants and the harbor. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. In addition, communication with the host was timely and informative. We definitely plan to return!

From this lovely oasis in Dana Point we could walk literally everywhere and the house has been kept totally up to date.

The property was clean and charming, creating a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. Plus, there were thoughtful touches like extra blankets, a selection of books, games, and outdoor activities, adding to the welcoming feel. We are planning to revisit this property in the future.

Delight of Dana Point

Located within blocks of the large business district. Easy to walk to those amenities and the cliff overview of the marina. The cottage is charming with and spacious. 2 bedroom, 1 large bath with nice kitchen and large living and dining space. Totally covered and private back patio was heavenly. We appriciated the off street parking off the alley.

This is a seasoned and experienced vacation rental. Location and amenities are the key elements for the Cottage. You can walk to everywhere in Dana Point. The cottage is fully furnished inside and out. The kitchen is completely equipped for preparing gourmet meals. Off street parking is also available. So much to do!

Dana Point city and harbor/Marina is the new and upcoming beach community. Walking to the shopping, restaurants and bars are close by. Exploring Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Lego Land and other adventure parks are a short distance away. Enjoy the Dana Point Harbor and take a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins or continue on to Catalina Island for a day trip in Avalon.
