The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home is a recently constructed and renovated three-story townhome with sleek, modern finishes. The home features a two-story great room, 10+ ft ceilings, three full baths, three living spaces, three rear decks and a dining room. Centrally located to the Beltline, Edgewood, Inman Park, Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and Botanical Garden.

Pros: great location, clean, spacious, good communication. Cons: it’s owned by a management company, not a person, and there hasn’t been much thought to the actual experience of LIVING in the space. For example, it’s got a full kitchen, but there were no oven mitts, dish towels, or sponges. No blankets on the couches to make yourself feel cozy. A lot of the walls were blank or had really cheesy artwork on them. It had an overall very “corporate” feel. Frankly I’m on the fence between a 3 and 4 rating because with just a little work by the management company, it could be amazing.

Literally this place was perfect for our bachelorette party. It fit all fourteen girls wonderfully. The facilities were pristine and perfectly located for access to Atlanta’s and beltline’s highlights.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely communicative and responsive throughout my trip, which made everything even smoother. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Atlanta area with friends or family. I’d happily stay here again!

Perfect Location and Well Stocked Home

Our group of 9 (2 families with kids from 8-13) had a great time at this home but did have a few nits keeping it from a 5 star review.Pros:1) Location - this was located in the Old 4th Ward, walking distance to the Eastside Beltline and Krog Street Market. Close to so many amenities and in a safe neighborhood right in front of a middle school.2) Size/space - this house is very big. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 9 and areas for both adults and kids to hang out SEPARATELY!3) Communication - James was very responsive4) Well stocked kitchen - the kitchen had everything you needed to cook/eat. Other rentals have pots and pans that are scratched up/dingy and make you not want to use them but not hereCons1) Wear and tear - while the house size was great and the kitchen was stocked, it was clear the house has been through a lot. The carpets/rugs are stained and the bathrooms definitely are showing some wear and tear. This is one of the main reasons I couldn't give it a perfect 5 stars2) Cleanliness - again, while the house wasn't in terrible shape at all, when we arrived, a majority of the towels provided and folded up were still wet. Perhaps there wasn't enough time for the cleaning service, but we had to run them in the wash/dry again as soon as we arrived which was a bit annoying as we had to wait to wash up in the evening. Perhaps a 1 time incident but had to mention it.

MOB to ATL

A/C on second floor could have worked a little better. Second floor balcony door was opened when we retuned from an all day outing. No one had went out that door. So that was scary and made the room very hot.

I was so impressed with the property and location it was certainly a vacation atmosphere the property was lovely sleep accommodation was excellent . Fantastic stay!

Our little group was visiting Atlanta for the Passion Conference and this VRBO was PERFECT. TONS of space, lots of bathrooms, soo many beds and lots of extras. We loved the game room loft and large kitchen. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the stadium.
