We were front and center to the ocean views, just a short walk over the dunes to the beach! Weather was stormy, but still beautiful to watch the waves and tides change.Very responsive management, and very nice accomodations! Will be back!

Amazing spot! Only complaint is the old wooden deck is treacherous for bare feet. My daughter got a nasty splinter. Otherwise we had a great time!

Loved our stay

This was our 2nd year staying here- having the top floor facing the ocean and sitting on the deck is one of our favorite things about this place. The location to Neptune Beach and all its restaurants and bars is perfect. We rented some bikes and went everywhere. Had a fantastic time!

Great place!

Great views, clean, comfortable beds, lots of extras. My only complaint would be that frying pans but everything else was A. Hope I can come back next year!!

Perfect Getaway!

Perfect spot for a vacation for my wife and I! Great location being on the beach and in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and activities. Easy check-in and prompt communication throughout, would definitely stay here again!

Direct beach access with a fabulous deck

Perfect beachfront location - the large open deck is the perfect way to start and end each day. Direct beach access is so nice. Clean and well-maintained. Excellent communication with host team. Highly recommend and will stay again soon!

Beach House

The view was amazing! Great location, description of rental was very accurate. Owners were very open to communication during stay. We will definitely rent from owner again and even the same location if possible.

Location location location!

This rental was amazing! So clean, so we’ll stocked and steps from the sand. We couldn’t have had a better view from the condo! Cannot wait to stay again!
