Gorgeous updated luxury golf vacation condo with 2 BR and 2.5 BA. Kitchen has been completely remodeled and opened up to make a wonderful space to create all the meals the family will need. Kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and new flooring too. Completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Dining area comfortably seats six people. Living room has comfortable couch, love seat and cozy chairs to relax in and watch your favorite movies and sports. Just off the kitchen is a half bath for downstairs use. Master bedroom is upstairs with full en suite bathroom, king size bed and smart TV. Guest room has one double and one twin bed with access to a full bath and shower. Great golf views and free beach access thru Shipyard Beach House, just a short ten to fifteen minute walk on a shaded path. Two car passes are included in the rental. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 133 The Greens in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Shipyard Resort has 27 holes of golf, miles of nice bike paths and free access to world famous Hilton Head Beaches. Sonest Resort is a short walk across the street with luxury spa and several very nice restaurants and bar inside and by the pool. You can go dine and drink at the Sonesta, just cannot use their pool. The Greens has a community pool for you to use. Shipyard is also home to world class tennis facilities at Van Der Meer tennis facility. You can some see some of the best players in the world get trained and also get in a good workout. Shipyard has restaurants, golf, tennis, bike paths and miles of beaches to enjoy.

Great location. Clean, quiet and comfortable unit. Awesome kitchen. Very nice bathrooms. Lovely view of the golf course. Lightning fast internet!

Great location to everything!

This was our first time staying in The Greens at Shipyard and we loved it! Location to the beach was a short walk or bike ride. Being next to the golf course was enjoyable watching the people golf as we sipped on a cocktail on the back deck. The grounds were neatly kept, and we enjoyed walking on the bike paths. Definitely want to return to Shipyard for sure!

Great location just a few touch ups needed

Very responsive property management. Nice location relative to the beach within Dhioyard Palntation. A few little fixes—bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain quickly, exterior door you had to slam shut to get to lock, and dishwasher gasket falling off—would have gone a long way for a perfect stay!

The condo was very nice with an open design and comfortable furniture and beds. The condo is conveniently located for ocean beach access and pool access after spending most of the day at the beach.

Hilton Head in June!

Location was perfect. Smaller Shipyard community with an easy 10min walk to the beach. Nice pool for just The Greens within a 3min walk. Extremely clean for a pet-friendly rental. Spacious rooms. Well stocked kitchen. Extra towels. We enjoyed the private rear deck with views of the golf course. Evening strolls on the cart path was a bonus. A repeat for sure!

The unit could use some TLC:1: Light on back porch was broken2: Vertical blinds on windows and sliders had missing slats3: shower in master bath drained poorly4: walls need a fresh coat of paint5: ceiling fans and air vents were coated in dust6: kitchen supplies were limited7: strange voice coming from refrigeratorGreat location in Shipyard but unit quality was somewhat disappointing.

Peter, thank you for staying with us. Please in the future always call us the day you check in if you have any problems, especially regarding appliances or plumbing. We need to address the situation immediately when it is plumbing or appliances. I checked all our records and I do not see a phone call or email or text or anything thru VRBO or our phone numbers during your stay, you waited until you checked out and put the review on a month later after you checked in. Hilton Head Vacations will ALWAYS fix things so you have a GREAT vacation. These are small items and they will be addressed immediately. Please contact when you have issues so we can fix them.

The back sliding door is old and is somewhat broken. The binds on the sliding door were broken. The dish washer had dirty dishes in it on arrival. The front side glass window was so dull you could not see out. The big overhead microwave was out of order. We were very disappointed!

Good location to beach, spacious property

The Greens section of Shipyard is very convenient to the beach. Our stay was good for the most part, but the property does need some maintenance and a deep clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The televisions were all smart TVs, and streaming was easy for viewing. As for the maintenance items, most notably was that the blinds on the first floor, both the front and back of the property, were broken and didn't work correctly. The bed in the primary bedroom was very soft. The door latch to the sliding glass doors to the back was loose, and it didn't always close properly. However, the property manager was excellent in his communication both before we checked in and when we reported the maintenance items. For example, the microwave stopped working, and we got a new one to use that same day. Overall, once these maintenance items are addressed, this property would be a convenient, comfortable place to stay.

I’ve rented many properties in Shipyard, and this one rates at the bottom. The photos and description don't match what we found.We did pass along a list of items to be addressed and management has promised to do so (lights not working, missing pillow sham, loose flushing mechanism). It is in poor condition and needs deep cleaning and painting. The master bedroom window is so filthy you cannot see out of it. The floor is warped and peeling up in some areas. The walls are dirty. The king mattress should be replaced soon. The upstairs bathroom (not the master) has crazy strong water pressure. An odd complaint, I know, but my adult children told me it borders on painful (so it would painful for younger children). The dishwasher lower rack is very difficult to use as you try to pull it out and push it in. Both racks are rusted and should be replaced.The vertical blinds downstairs were so problematic, we just didn't use them. We left them as we found them.Positives - the bathrooms are updated. Having two double beds in the "kid" room was nice. Management brought blankets when we asked for them. The amount of living room seating was great for movie nights. Housekeeping had done a good job with the overall cleanliness. Our issues were beyond normal housekeeping and management. We feel the owners need to address larger issues. This unit needs a great deal of TLC to be worth the rent. Also the exterior (HOA issue) is desperately in need of repair.

Samantha thank you for the feedback, some of the items are smaller than you described. To say this is the worst in Shipyard is definitely unfair. The condo has been updated and remodeled in many ways. You state housekeeping did a good job cleaning, but then state it needs a deep clean, so not sure how to respond, we would have sent housekeeping back while you were there. Always call us during your stay for anything you need. Dont state issues after you check out that you did not mention during your stay. We will fix or clean anything you like. So, we went thru your list. There were only two lights out and they were outside, all the interior lights worked perfectly. The dishwasher rack has only two small rust spots but we are ordering and replacing dishwasher with a new one. The paint is behind the furniture in the bedrooms and they will be repainted in the spring. We have had recent reviews that the master bed mattress was the most comfortable mattress they had slept on and the current guest is fine, so every mattress is different when you travel. The water pressure is the same in the entire condo and many people like good water pressure, you can always turn the handle back for less pressure. We cannot control the water pressure in the building. The current guests have no issue with the vertical blinds, but the owner is putting up curtains this year. Always call during you stay. We will fix anything. Exterior issue was rust on an owners storage door not for guests
