Welcome to Sandy Bottoms!

Located on North Cape San Blas, you will be able to see stunning unobstructed beachfront views from the house and porches. This 3 bed/2 bath (with 2 additional half baths) wonderful gulf front home is along one of the best stretches of beach on the entire Cape. Pet Friendly for up to 3 dogs with applicable pet fees!!!

Ground Level:

Main Level (Open Concept):

- Bedroom 1: Gulf Front King Master with private en suite bathroom and walk-out balcony. Smart TV.
- Bedroom 2: Gulf Front King bedroom with walk-out balcony. Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk bed with twin pull out trundle underneath. Also an additional twin bed. Smart TV.
- Full bath for Bedrooms 2 and 3
- Laundry closet with washer/dryer

Conveniently located near shopping and eateries on the North Cape, this location is western-facing for amazing sunsets over the Gulf every night. House sits on a large Gulf front lot with plenty of room to spread out. Don't miss this opportunity to be beachfront on North Cape in such a prime location!

Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 1.5 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.

The parking area is suitable for up to 4 vehicles.

With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

Great family vacation. Kids loved fishing from the beach, Home was steps from the beach, loved the convenience. Loved the decks, enjoyed the swing on the upper deck.

Sandy Bottoms has everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms. From a clear and easy check-in process, entering a spotless and welcoming home with the perfect location, to leaving well- rested and happy. This place has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The kitchen is well- stocked, the beds are comfortable with nice linens and there's plenty of towels including beach towels! The view is spectacular, especially for sunset. Our pups enjoyed the stay too and appreciated the water bowl on the back porch. :)

Highly Recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the beach with the unobstructed view was enjoyed every morning drinking my coffee off the screened-in porch. The Trading Post was so close we rode our bikes. Scheduling and the property management company were very friendly and easy. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the view of the ocean!

We loved staying at Sandy Bottoms. We enjoyed the beach being so close to the house. We will definitely be back here again!
