Not Clean

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location in relation to the beach was very good. I can’t get past the condition and lack of cleanliness of the property. I have stayed in many vacation rentals, including two different properties on CSB through Coastal Joe. This property was not clean. When walking on the floors barefoot, your feet were black within minutes. The furniture and all throw pillows were dirty and stained. All of the blankets, etc in the closets were dirty and just thrown into the closets, not folded. We encountered no less than 6 cockroaches inside the home during our stay. I had encountered one in a prior property and it was dead - when reported, I was told that it was a sign the pest control was working. I can understand that. But in this property, there were several and they were large and some were alive. We made the best of the stay, but overall, the lack of cleanliness of the house made for a disappointing trip. I don’t need fancy, I just need clean, and this property was not clean. The beds were very comfortable.
