Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac for this waterfront home with access to the river and Gulf. Downtown Cape Coral is close, and downtown Fort Myers is just over the bridge. We have supplied just about everything you should need for a comfortable stay.

The pool & spa are heated. There will be a small charge of $20 per day during your stay should you like the pool heated. There is no charge for heating the spa.

Two kayaks that each hold two people are included with your stay. We have basic life jackets for average sized adults.

Ping pong table. Foosball table. Fishing poles. Gas grill. Beach chairs. Beach umbrella. Beach Towels. Cooler. All included with your stay.

We also have complimentary bikes for your use while you are here. As with anything sometimes things go wrong. If one of the bikes are not working properly please let us know and I will call for repair as quickly as we can. There are also bike rentals available from local bike shops if you need bikes more quickly.
