Waterfront GLASS cabin with privacy professionally designed, escape to somewhere really special. Crooked river acres surrounding the house with the river wrapping around the property. Dock with direct access to Sebago lake and state park just minutes away, Outdoor shower, hot tub, hammocks, BIG walk-in shower w/ window. Heated bath floors, ac. See through Fireplace. The property has its own sandy swimming areas, pets are welcome. Come enjoy privacy and the space to run around seconds to sebago.
The space
Last house in a very private setting with mostly glass walls. Wrap around porch with hot tub. One open concept area with a see through fireplace and tv that spins 360 to be seen from the bedroom or couch. The house is just feet overlooking the crooked river. Stunning bathroom with full size picture window in the shower, heated floors. Ask about in home massage and private chef.
Guest access
Guest have access to all 3+ acres of land, the dock and plenty of parking. We provide canoe, firepit and yard games, Jenga and cornhole, gas grill and several hammocks.
Other things to note
The house does not have shades on the windows facing the river. The windows do have a reflective tint on them. The big bathroom window we provide a removable curtain for extra privacy.

Rented from Jon several times and he’s great! Properties are really clean, tucked away in the woods by the Crooked River, peaceful and quiet. He’s great at communicating and responds to any questions very quickly. Look forward to staying here next time we’re in the area!

We had an amazing weekend staying here. The house was very nice, new, and clean. The property was very quiet, peaceful, and private. Our dog had a great time exploring the property and swimming in the river. The hot tub and shower were amazing as well. Despite it being a very, very dry past couple months of summer, the river was still high enough to get boats through and use kayaks/canoes on. Will definitely be staying here again!

The property was exactly as expected, quant and romantic for our celebrating our 20th anniversary together for the weekend. It is secluded and private, right down the road from Sebago. You should bring your own sun chair is my only suggestion. Otherwise, everything was there that we could need. We really enjoyed it and would likely go a lot more often, but it is a little pricey for a regular weekend getaway. Hot tub was wonderful, the swings were adorable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

It felt like we were living outdoors in beautiful open woods with a lazy river--except we were snugly encased by huge floor-to-ceiling windows that kept the bugs out and the AC at a comfortable setting! A newly built home that is kept in immaculate, pristine condition. Amenities were numerous and all easy to access. If we have the occasion to return to the area, this would be our number one home to rent again.
