When you aren't out exploring what makes West Tisbury so great, simply sit back and enjoy playing a game of cornhole, croquet, or volleyball in the sand court in the backyard. Your friendly competitions can be paired with cocktails prepared over the tiki bar, barbecued meals from the gas grill, and serene rocks on the large farmhouse-style porch. Feel free to pluck some fruit and vegetables from the garden to complement your meals!

Before you head inside, rinse off in the outdoor shower. From the moment you walk inside, you'll feel at home. The open living room is full of warm wood finishes, bohemian fixtures, and comfortable furnishings. When extra warmth is needed, throw a log on the wood-burning stove. Steps from here, the well-appointed kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. When it's time to eat, dine around the large dining table before indulging in your vacation read in the sunroom.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone will get comfortable quickly. With their inviting color palettes, high-quality linens, and central air - a restful night's slumber is guaranteed. A work desk, private washer/dryer, and Pack-N-Play round out the home's interior amenities.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
