Steps away from the ocean, across the street from the Spruce Point Inn and alongside an acre of wooded land, smell the sea and pines and hear the gulls and osprey from the deck, get cozy inside a Restoration Hardware designed room after a day of seaside activities and the amenities of the Inn. King bed, two built-in full-size twin bed window seats w/reading lamps, a full bath, and an efficiency kitchen. WiFi and Apple TV. Not to mention a gorgeous Swedish gas fireplace, straight out of a James Bond movie. Regardless of sun or fog, our guest cottage has central air and heat. Our friends and guests refer to it as the “Love Shack”!

My husband and I visited Boothbay Harbor for Labor Day weekend with our infant and we had a very nice stay in this cottage. Although quaint, the cabin is extremely welcoming, cute and ccomfortable. The kitchenette provided us with what we needed to store food and make bottles for the baby knowing we would eat out most of the trip. The twin beds were great for overflow lounging and the king bed was very comfortable and plush with plenty of pillows. The bathroom shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The Mini Split made controlling the temperature extremely easy so we could make the room warm at night and be cool during the day. All of these little details really added up to an enjoyable stay. Being able to use the Inn amenities was also a great plus! We were able to walk around, grab some food onsite and enjoy the pool and hot tub.We will be back!

Quiet,Private,Clean,Relaxing

Beautiful place with access to Spruce Point Inn facilities. Enjoyable 1 min walk to waters edge and pool at Spruce point Inn. The coastal views are special. Great place to walk the dog on quiet streets with unbelievable views. Christine was very easy to contact with any questions. Boothbay and Boothbay Harbour is a gem getaway.

Easy access

Studio apartment-like accommodations met all our expectations and more. We cooked our own breakfast each morning and were grateful for the A/C on the 2 unexpectedly hot days. The SPI amenities within walking distance of the cabin afforded access to dining, swimming, biking, kayaking, hiking, and other leisure activities. A small disappointment was lack of private front porch and water view.

Relaxation at Spruce Point

This well-appointed cabin on the Spruce Point property was the perfect setting for our anniversary get- away. A short distance for Boothbay Harbor and the coastalgardens, we enjoyed delicious meals and lots of outdoor walking. The host was always available to help with small issues like where to park the car. This pet friendly cabin should be on your place to stay for a family get away.

BoothBay beauty

Location is great, clean cabin with all you need, privacy, access to food and fun. Comfortable feeling as you enter cabin views of waterfront community , with beautiful sunsets on the harbour.

Perfect cottage

We stayed 5 days and it was wonderful! The cottage was clean and bright and cozy. The hosts were the best. They responded quickly and graciously when contacted. All in all a great experience!!

Spruce Point Gem

Great little, remodeled and updated cottage perfect for a couple and your fur baby. We stayed for almost a week as our return to Florida was delayed by hurricane Helene. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay for 2 days. The cottage is just behind the Spruce Point Inn and is walkable to downtown. The cottage is extremely cozy with reading nooks and a great gas fireplace that heats up the space well with great ambiance. Fantastic experience with the host, great communications. Will stay here again, highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

The cabin in Boothbay was the perfect getaway. It is cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed to relax. Being able to use the amenities of the Inn was fantastic while also being able to easily get into town. It felt like a real vacation! Owner was friendly and responsive during the whole process. I highly recommend this rental location!

Perfect getaway !!

The cabin was great my wife and I loved it so much that we can’t wait to go back next year. It is located near town where there are great places to eat and walk around. The owners are great and keep in contact with you and are there for any questions about the area. The cabin itself is everything that is described it’s very clean and has everything you need and there is a lot to do on the grounds. We also highly recommend trying to get reservations for the cabbage island clam bake, FYI they book out for the season very early in the year.

Great cottage stay!

The cottage was recently updated and everything worked great. The beds were super comfy. It has a cute little deck too. The owners live close by and were very friendly and helpful. We'd love to visit again!
