Welcome to our new home in Payson, AZ. It's a very clean and cozy home that seats in a nice almost 3 acre lot. There’s plenty of room to play. It is a perfect place to get away from the summer heat. During the winter it has nice hills to play when there’s snow. Sometimes if you’re lucky deer or elk will visit you right in the property. Minutes away from the shops, restaurants, hiking, fishing and other activities. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a bunkbed with queen at the bottom and twin sized mattress on top and a roll away bed on the bottom. The cabin has one bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a spacious closet with washer and dryer. We have board games and a packman game located in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you need to make a meal for your family. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will find a comfortable couch and a smart TV. It has an arcadia door that opens up to the backyard and give lots of natural lights.. The backyard has a serene view of the big trees and hills. This is a go to place to relax and recharge.

Excellent secluded place! Elk walking around the yard! Quiet , comfy and nice to be able to use the garage for all of our fishing gear ! Great place . Kitchen was nice to cook in also .

Very clean and a quiet location. Great back patio. The owner was very quick to respond to all our needs…. Trying to figure out the door lock in the dark….. less than 1 minute to get help and be inside and enjoy the comfortable home. So nice to have the convenience of a garage.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Payson! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family of five needed for our getaway. Check-in was easy. Really comfortable nice place to stay for the weekend. Kid friendly and has easy access to the town. Upon arrival we notice there was a camper trailer parked in front of the VRBO with someone staying in it which took away from the privacy I was looking for when I booked this VRBO being that it’s advertised as “Private”. Outside of that it is a really nice comfortable place.

Place was spotless and comfy. The grounds were beautiful and we felt nicely tucked away in the forest while still being close to town. The place was decorated for Christmas which was the perfect festive touch since we were there Christmas Eve! We also saw a whole pack of elk on the way to the house as well!

Very nice place close to everything, but makes you feel like your deep in the forest. Very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

This stay was ideal for us and the owner was readily available for questions. The property has top notch appliances and was comfortable and quiet. We saw deer one morning, cooked on the grill and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are from the Valley, we enjoy outdoors and connecting with nature. So we bought a place in Payson where we can enjoy the beautiful weather. We decided to put our guesthouse for short term rental for others to enjoy the outdoor and a much more beautiful weather.
