Five Bedroom Palmetto Dunes Home - Quick Walk to Beach - Private Pool/Spa

Welcome to 34 Sea Lane - brand new to the rental program! This five bedroom, three and half bathroom home is located within walking distance to the beach in Palmetto Dunes and can sleep up to ten guests. It is located on the 11-mile lagoon system within Palmetto Dunes and even has a small fishing dock just outside.


*BEDDING CONFIGURATION*

• Bedroom 1: King (Master, 55" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 2: King (55" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 3: King (55" Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath with Twin/Twin Bedroom)

• Bedroom 4: Two XL Twins (55" Flat Screen TV, Shared Bath with Bedroom #3)

• Bedroom 5: Queen ( 32" Flat Screen TV) **Please note there is not a private bathroom. Those sleeping in this bedroom will need to share with another bedroom.

*ADDITIONAL INFO*

• Distance to Beach: 1/2 Mile to Beach Access Path

• Pool/Spa Info: Approximately 30 feet long with an average width of 20 feet (freeform pool). The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to five cars max at 34 Sea Lane. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of passes you request. The garage is not available for guest use.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Our trip was awesome and this house was perfect for our extended family. Very nice home and we had absolutely everything that we needed. Short walk to the beach (bikes and stroller) and the pool was great!

Great house for two families

Wonderful location. Very clean house. Well stocked. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Property mngt company Coastal Rentals were very good. Very happy with our stay.

Spring Break in Hilton Head

The house was beautiful, well equipped kitche, pool hit tub and small deck overlooking a canal. Shirt walk to an awesome ocean beach! Coastal Carolina rentals were great to work with. We would do this again! Thank you!

Peaceful Hilton Head Island

Located on one of the island's scenic lagoons, this home was spacious and comfortable. Enjoying the lagoon from the Adirondack chairs on the dock was most enjoyable. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable and kitchen was functional and well-equipped. Only downside was the exorbitant 125-per-day charge to heat the pool. That should be an amenity, not a money-maker. Don't bother.

Everything in great shape. Super clean. Not pictured are 3 adirondack chairs on the dock of the lagoon? which is mostly shade after Noon! Spent a lot of time there! We love HH and Palmetto Dunes...and now have a bigger go-to house on our list.

Awesome property

The house was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and wildlife. It was perfect for our family. We ranged in age 12-70. We all loved it.

HHI family vacay

Vacay with adult children and Grandpa joined us. Absolutely beautiful neighborhood, great dock for kayaking & fishing, easy trips to beach (walking or biking), nice pool to swim and back deck great to sit out for breakfast coffee. House very well stocked with all your needs.

Ringing in the New Year in Palmetto Dunes

We enjoyed a relaxing week with family, and found the house to be clean and spacious with lots of windows bringing light into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was neatly stocked with all utensils we needed, and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. We also loved sitting on the dock and watching osprey, pelicans and cormorants fish in the lagoon. Aside from the house, highlights of our stay included pickle ball at the tennis center, cinnamon buns from the general store and riding bikes on the beach. Overall a lovely stay in a great home!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation with our son and his family. The ONLY thing about the property that would have made the vacation better would have been a hand rail (you could tell their used to be one, plugged holes on steps)to get in and out of the pool. My husband uses a walker or cane and was not able to use the pool as often as he would like because of this. I have bad knees and had to bend down and hold the side of the pool to step down and had to use side off pool to get out.The steps are steep and it was very aggravating getting in and out of the pool. Not sure why the owners removed the hand rail.Also the pool was never serviced while we were there, exterminators came, lawn people came no pool people. I actually added water to pool once with garden hose on back porch. If there was a rail I would rent tis property again next year, if not I will rent house with pool and hand rail. We saw deer in our back yard and everyone of us loved see them. The birds we watched were beautiful.Wonderful week all in all.

Vacation Oasis on Sea Lane

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this property on Sea Lane so much we've already booked it again for next year! Located on a quiet street in Palmetto Dunes, it's an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and it has a private yard with a great lagoon view. The pool is large enough for 9 people to enjoy without being on top of each other and the 5-foot depth is great for kids. We love that the 2 master suites are on opposite ends of the house and that both include room darkening blinds. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck and saw all manner of wildlife including a gator sunning on the bank next to the dock, deer, crane, and fish jumping in the lagoon. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with a plethora of pots, pans, gadgets, and appliances (2 toasters, 2 coffee makers, 2 hand mixers, 2 blenders, a crockpot, and even a large electric griddle). Everyone we interfaced with on the Coastal Home and Villa team was friendly, professional, and communicative, providing excellent customer service. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!
