We had an issue with bugs during our stay and couldn’t be more satisfied with the response from the two gentlemen who helped us resolve the issue. Would reserve this home again.

The house was amazing . Loved the pool and kitchen was well stocked . My only recommendation would be to anchor the dresser in the kids room to the wall. We had a three year old and if she opened two drawers it started to fall so we moved it out of the room .Other than that it was perfect !

34 Sea Lane was our oasis for a week. The home was immaculate, the decor was pleasing, and it was perfect for us, our kids and 1 year old grandbaby. The dock on the lagoon was perfect for morning coffee. Our daughters made use of it for kayaking and we enjoyed the pool on the days we could given the weather. Palmetto Dunes was great to work with. In all, five stars.

Wonderful place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, clean, beautiful, everything. However through no fault of homeowner or management company someone cut into fiber line Sunday night and as result without wi-fi, internet and tv until final day. Slightly inconvenient. This was spectrum. Absolutely no modems on hand and failed send tech out until last day, outside of that issue, place was great and would definitely recommend.

Peaceful Hilton Head Island

Located on one of the island's scenic lagoons, this home was spacious and comfortable. Enjoying the lagoon from the Adirondack chairs on the dock was most enjoyable. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable and kitchen was functional and well-equipped. Only downside was the exorbitant 125-per-day charge to heat the pool. That should be an amenity, not a money-maker. Don't bother.

Ringing in the New Year in Palmetto Dunes

We enjoyed a relaxing week with family, and found the house to be clean and spacious with lots of windows bringing light into the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was neatly stocked with all utensils we needed, and we enjoyed grilling on the deck. We also loved sitting on the dock and watching osprey, pelicans and cormorants fish in the lagoon. Aside from the house, highlights of our stay included pickle ball at the tennis center, cinnamon buns from the general store and riding bikes on the beach. Overall a lovely stay in a great home!

Awesome stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is better than expected...if you like the pictures and description you will LOVE the house in person. Everything in great shape. Super clean. Not pictured are 3 adirondack chairs on the dock of the lagoon? which is mostly shade after Noon! Spent a lot of time there! We love HH and Palmetto Dunes...and now have a bigger go-to house on our list.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation with our son and his family. The ONLY thing about the property that would have made the vacation better would have been a hand rail (you could tell their used to be one, plugged holes on steps)to get in and out of the pool. My husband uses a walker or cane and was not able to use the pool as often as he would like because of this. I have bad knees and had to bend down and hold the side of the pool to step down and had to use side off pool to get out.The steps are steep and it was very aggravating getting in and out of the pool. Not sure why the owners removed the hand rail. Also the pool was never serviced while we were there, exterminators came, lawn people came no pool people. I actually added water to pool once with garden hose on back porch. If there was a rail I would rent tis property again next year, if not I will rent house with pool and hand rail. We saw deer in our back yard and everyone of us loved see them. The birds we watched were beautiful.Wonderful week all in all.

Thanks so much for staying with us and leaving us a wonderful 5/5 star review! Happy to hear you enjoyed the home and your time on the Island. Since your departure, we’ve followed up with the pool company and confirmed they service the pool three times a week in the summer months. Terribly sorry if they missed one but we did meet with them to ensure that didn’t happen again going forward. Thank you for letting us know. We enjoyed hosting your family and hope to see you back on a future HHI beach vacation!!

The house was beautiful, spacious and the perfect place to make family memories! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. The dock area at the lagoon was gorgeous in the mornings. The pool was large enough to accommodate our whole family. We had the spa heated for the week and it was definitely worth it at night! Would highly recommend this home and plan to return!
