Cozy, Comfy, and Spacious Tiny home North of the River! Awesome!! Pet friendly

Walking in you’ll be met with a unique space with more room than you thought. It has vaulted ceilings to help with that. It’s the perfect space for 2 people but a couch for 3-4. It’s got all you need, washer and dryer. A full kitchen with a brand new stove! A private bedroom with a queen sealy posterpedic plush hybrid!! A full bath as well with a walk in shower! Water softener as well and filtration system. You can not go wrong with this unique artsy home!

If you have animals and they make a mess leaving feces, or any other animal body fluids you’ll be charged 200$- damages will be charged by cost to fix
The property is inspected after every guest, inventory is always logged. If property is stolen or damaged- you’ll be charged for the items/damages
Do dishes, keep place picked up like it’s your grandmothers. Smokin fee will be 500$. Quiet time 10:30pm any noise complaints you’ll have to leave. .
