The house was clean and suited our needs for the weekend. The fenced in backyard was a huge help since we traveled with our dogs. The house was a short drive to Arrowhead Stadium and downtown.

We were traveling to the area for a wedding and this rental gave us a quiet retreat from the wedding fun. We brought our two dogs and they felt right at home as well. Great experience, good price, and clean!

Fantastic stay! House was exactly as described - very well furnished, clean, and in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood. Dale, the owner, was very communicative and up front about everything. Overall, we had ZERO complaints with anything and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Dog Friendly!!

We stayed here and we were able to bring our dogs with us which saved us a ton in dog-sitting. We really enjoyed this house and would stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay, the house seemed safe and quiet. We loved the fenced yard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and had tv’s in two bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The host was welcoming and the house was nice! Beds are comfy and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We also really appreciate the spacious back yard for our dog and kids to run around. We appreciate its location and how it’s a short drive to major attractions in KC. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep clean!

Pet friendly place, exceptional clean and updated. Bed was very comfortable, fenced back yard a plus. Older home, clean and comfortable, does have a few quirks like most older homes, drawers that might not open, etc. neighborhood is older, but quiet. Not more than 10 minutes from big grocery store and shops. Only downside is one bathroom, but the shower water pressure is great. Would recommend installing a lighted magnifying makeup mirror with a swing arm for the ladies as the bathroom lighting is dim. Other than that easy check in/out. Host was easy to reach and communicate with.
