This is a modern tastefully decorated 2000 sqft home newly renovated in 2021. Has an open concept plan with all modern comforts including central air, hot tub, comfy beds & plenty of space.

Overview -

Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom features a king size bed with 2 nightside stands. There is also a closet for your use.

Bedroom 2 - Features a comfy Queen bed & closet for your use!

Bedroom 3 - Features a comfy Queen bed & closet for your use, as well as 2 night side tables.

Bedroom 4 - Features 2 comfy twin size beds as well as one night side stand.

In the main bathroom you will find plenty of amenities including plush bath towels, makeup towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pans, plates and small appliances you'll need to make and serve a full meal. As for appliances - everything is stainless steel and includes a dishwasher, gas range, and of course an oversized refrigerator / freezer!

The downstairs living room is a family room, with 2 pull out couches and 42 inch Smart TV. Our second bathroom downstairs includes a stand up shower & stocked with all the necessities as well. Downstairs also has the washer & dryer that you are welcome to use at any time!

Our front / side yard is fully fenced in and perfect for pups & kiddos! There is a charcoal and gas grill. The hot tub has a privacy fence around it & bistro lights hanging that you can plug in! There is a fire pit & chairs seasonally BYO(Wood)

Location -

Our most common question is location. We are 2 miles (8 min drive) to Downtown Traverse city.
1 mile (4 min drive) to Traverse city state park Beach
1 mile (3 min drive) from Toms grocery store.
5 miles (11 min drive) to Walmart / mall area.

Guests will be able to enjoy the entire home to themselves. There is parking on the property for 6 cars, could comfortably fit 4 cars and a small boat.

This is a very family friendly, quiet neighborhood.
Please respect our neighbors with quiet hours that start at 10:00pm and end at 8:00am.
** PLEASE BE AWARE OF QUIET HOURS BEGIN AT 10:00PM, NO LOUD MUSIC BY HOT TUB **
We are extremely laid back but we do ask you respect our home and treat it as if it was your own home!

Please do not allow dogs on couch. Please remove shoes. We have a few cool rugs we want to keep clean for future guests!

*The HOT TUB - please, PLEASE respect it & treat it as if it was your own. No glass - as it can break and could cause issues. Please do not put any oils, bubble baths, or any other liquids into the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally maintained between each stay, if it is in extremely bad condition you will be charged an additional $400 hot tub cleaning fee.

Bedding - Please be careful to not stain up the bedding (we do know that accidents happen, but please avoid eating greasy food in bed that would stain bedding) Stained bedding will result in a $50 fee.
