Second time renting from April. The property lived up to our expectations. Very clean, modern with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Great location, two minutes from the river. Quiet and relaxing vacation rental close to everything. We can’t wait to go back.

We live just up the road in Banner Elk and have called the High Country home our whole lives. There are even some street signs named after settlers donning our last name! :) North Carolina through and through and when acreage on the river in Valle Crucis came available, we did not need to even think about it and began borrowing money from friends and family. It takes a village sometimes. A few years later we built our two riverfront cabins!

We chose Valle Crucis because it is literally the center of everything to do. We are smack in the middle of Boone, Banner Elk and Watauga Lake! All things High Country exploring, VC is the best place to call home base.
