Parking is available in the driveway, with a secure gate.
Easy access for Lyft/Uber, or a few blocks walk to the bus.

The yard is shared with another property, and fenced; the yard is not likely secure for an unattended pet.

*No more than 2 animals.
*No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM
*We are not responsible for liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

*Mail cannot be received at this address during your stay.
FEES:
> A lost TV remote control will result in a $100 charge.
> Smoking of any kind inside the property will result in a $250 charge.
> Unapproved late check out fee is an additional $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM.
> $50 per night, per person or pet that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
