**Back on VRBO**
This casa is an open floor plan with high ceilings and lots of square footage. If you want space, this is the place for you! This home has full kitchen amenities and newer furniture throughout. Located in a clean, quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to park. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and an additional roll away bed is provided. The Master bedroom has on suite bathroom with an individual shower and tub. There's lots of seating room in the living room and a kitchen large enough for multiple people to prep food while overlooking the pool. Newer spa! The beautiful backyard is great for lounging in, swimming, grilling some food or simply relax near the fire. Want to eat out? Only located 10 minutes away from old town, a quick trip to many famous restaurants and bars. We are right next to the canals! Walk to Papago park, climb the rock and watch the beautiful Arizona sunset. Rent bikes (rental shop is about 5 blocks away) and follow the canals to Old Town. Or drive 10 mins to visit an ASU student. Also accessible to many golf courses. This house is in a great location!
Heated pool (75-80 degrees) is included in price.

We had such a lovely time staying here. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, it’s easy to get to and the pool was fantastic. The place is exactly as pictured. This had perhaps the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve stayed in; all kinds of things I don’t normally see in a rental kitchen.

Amazing stay close to everything we needed

Had the most amazing time at this property! We were staying in town for a competition at the Phoenix convention center and this proved to be the perfect location, only about a 20 min drive and 8 min drive from the airport. The property was exactly as pictured and better than expected - the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed (including an airfare!), the hot tub and pool were clean and perfect temps, and the beds were so comfortable! We especially appreciated that there was a ton of extra towels since we had a group of seven staying. The host Jennifer was so friendly, communicative and responsive. She was even able to provide us with early check in and check out which we were so incredibly thankful for. We look forward to staying here again when visiting the Phoenix area

We had a great stay at the property. Close to lots of activities; Short walk to Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, Hole-in-the Rock, Desert Botanical Gardens, and easy hiking trails. Host was very responsive.
