Modern Retreat Near Dog-Friendly Beach & Eateries

This North Shore Tahoe vacation rental home has been recently and extensively remodeled (in 2022) with modern mountain furniture and appointments. The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and extra family room sitting area with pool table, small garage to store your Tahoe toys, and is a 1/2 mile walk/drive to downtown Carnelian Bay.

Downstairs: Kitchen, Dining Room Table, Small Sitting area in front of the gas fireplace and TV. This level also features the queen bedroom, a hall bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities, laundry room, garage to store equipment (too small to park a car), and the extra family room with pool table, large couch sitting area with a TV, and a loft area for additional sleeping space.

Upstairs: This floor features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds, a hallway bathroom with walk-in shower, and a loft area to help spread out group/family.

In the summer, the rental home is within walking distance of the conveniences in Carnelian Bay including a CB's Bistro, Watermans Landing, Old Post Office coffee shop, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant.

*For larger groups including family reunions and weddings, this vacation rental home is next door to the Welch vacation home and a few doors down from the Weil Luxury Rental Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

The perfect stylish home in North Lake Tahoe

We loved this mid century/modern style home in North Lake Tahoe - it was perfect and super spacious for 3 couples to share and 2 dogs. Conveniently located between some of the most beautiful sights of Tahoe, great restaurants, and a grocery store, we loved venturing off, but we loved coming home to bbq, play some pool in the game room and relax. Would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional

One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in, and much bigger than the pictures show. It was just me and my small family, but this would be a great place to share with another couple. There were a lot of amenities and little touches to make the place cozy, which I appreciated. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay!

Home was very nice, better than the pictures. Large play rom with couches and loft, 3 bedrooms and baths, large deck in a great neighborhood. Bedrooms, Play room, living room all had television and wireless speakers. We will be back!

Very Clean, great size & location- pet friendly

This property was the perfect price, location and plenty of space for our family of 4 and 1 dog. It’s very clean, updated and well stocked with essentials. The communication was super easy all around. We walked to breakfast by the beach. It even snowed one night giving us something wonderful to play in on the property. Would highly recommend staying here in North Shore.

Ski getaway

Nicely remodeled. Took off one star because the heat was not uniform in the house. It blasted in an upstairs bedroom and too cold in the master bedroom. Otherwise very nice.

Great house

The house was spacious and adequate for our needs. Too bad the garage was broken, and I did not see the text message, becasue I was driving so my cousin who got there first was confused and could not get in. Once I arrived abnd saw the text. No issues checking in. I would say the colest room was the game room and also the first floor bedroom. We were wondering if there was a possibility to get privacy shades in the front of the house... we felt a bit uneasy that anyone outside can see the inside of the house. Beside that we love the place and would love to come back. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.
