Sue, thank you for your feedback on the Lange condo in Wrightsville Dunes! The unit underwent a large remodel this off season with gutted and remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. The new toilet paper holders in the bathrooms are tricky to use, when you go to change them if you turn them the wrong way it slides out of place, but is easily placed back on the wall - sorry you had an issue with that. I checked the unit myself and there is a colander in the kitchen cabinets. We hope you enjoyed your vacation and time with family during your stay! Come on back anytime.

Mark, thank you so much for your review and feedback from your stay at the Lange condo! We are excited to hear you loved the unit especially the North end location which offers a much quieter experience than the rest of WB. I will certainly make note about your suggestions for updates in the kitchen. The owners have been busy renovating the last two years, with two full bathroom remodels, granite countertops and new stove in the kitchen two years ago, and this last off season they replaced all the flooring with new tile throughout. We will talk to the owners about installing a water filtration system - this is something we do market each year and many of our other Wrightsville Dunes owners have already made the switch to combat the beach water. We hope you will visit Lange again on your next visit to the island!

Joe, we appreciate you giving us your feedback. We apologize there were multiple issues during your stay. We provide one sheet set (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases) for each bed, and one towel set (bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel) per person, as stated in the contract you signed prior to arrival. We wish you would've let us know about the blinds and thermostat during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send a technician out to take a look at those for you. The refrigerator is currently in works, as well. Again, we are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the property, but we hope you took advantage of the beautiful ocean view and short walk to the beach!

Mrs. Geib – we apologize again for the issues that you encountered, but were happy that you appreciated our services though! The plumber stated some non-disposable personal items were flushed and that is what caused the back up. This issue was resolve the same day, but was unfortunate regardless. It was frustrating, with regards to timing, that the fresh water line on the same toilet had a small leak develop the next day. We empathized with your experience, that is why we provided a complimentary clean midstay as well as the compensation for the inconvenience. We look forward to facilitate a much more relaxing stay for you on your next trip!
