Nice property on the ocean which I loved. Within walking distance of the boardwalk and a number of local restaurants. The parking is a little tricky but that is the nature of things.

Great location, clean unit

We loved the location of the unit, where it was a nice walk to get to the boardwalk area, but far enough away that the beach wasn't crowded. The unit was clean with a nice open area kitchen/living room area to move around and relax when not at the beach.

Good time

This was a great location to be directly on the beach. If you are looking to relax and be at the beach, this is the perfect spot. I had 3 adults and 2 kids. It fit our needs perfectly.

Early June visit

Super clean, well appointed, all the appliances you need, and best of all -- shady view of the ocean. We arrived two hours early and Bryant allowed us to go in as the condo was ready for us. Half mile walk to the boardwalk and about the same to the pier.

Great place

Girls trip was a blast. Very short walk to the beach. Only thing sucked was 4 flights of stairs to get to the room and the parking situation. Need more space to park. It was a tight squeeze and was only allow 2 passes and needed 3. But it was worth it!

Full size pickup in underneath spot was difficult for the other vacationers. Used Bryant Real Estate for many years and they are great!
