With a young child under 3 we wanted a place very close to the beach as a priority that wasn’t too far from the boardwalk. This house checked those boxes and delivered. We spent most of our time on the front porch when we weren’t on the beach. A great stay and a good price.

Great location. Roomy. Everything worked well including the A/C. But definitely could use some freshening up -- like a lot of small areas that could use paint. The door was rusting, but worked well. Looks like the kitchen was updated fairly recently, so that was really nice. I would definitely stay here again, and with some freshening up, it would give an even better impression. It seems a bit older in person than it looks in pictures. Some small things were in dis-repair like the trash cans were cracked, but still very usable. One of the rocking chairs on the front porch is about to break -- the property managers said they would take care of it when I informed them. The checkin process was super simple and the checkout process is easier than a lot of places I've stayed before too. I would definitely stay at another Bryant Real Estate property. The outside could use some freshening too.They gave us plenty of towels and wash clothes for our stay. And there's a washer and dryer too.Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Excellent Service!

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to great bars, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The beaches were stunning and incredibly clean, making it easy to unwind and take in the scenery. We did have a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the property management team was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within two hours. Their quick attention really impressed us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall great experience!

Overall it was a great experience. Great location and loved the size of the house.My only feedback would be to update the mattresses. Way too thin for a vacation home. Other than that, we had a ton of fun.

Beach House

This property is in a great location. It’s an older house but they have done a nice job trying to keep some things updated. The main microwave didn’t work and the water doesn’t stay warm for very long but overall it was a nice stay and I felt like the property was clean and all we needed for the few days we stayed there.

Atlantis

The pictures online were deceiving! This property is in desperate need of repairs and updates! We had to clean the morning after our check in! The house did not smell clean at all! The small shower has a large crack and is plumbed backwards! The dresser drawers were broken, to open one drawer, you had to open two! The bathroom fixtures needed updating! The outside landscaping is nonexistent and the posts on the deck needs immediate attention! The microwave stopped working and a plank outside broke! We would not have booked this property considering the price we paid!

Girls' Trip

My friend and I visited with our 4 teenage daughters and had a great time! The location is perfect, but we were somewhat disappointed in what was provided. Only 1 towel each, no beach towels or beach chairs, etc, no soap, extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, etc. We had to buy all of this. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have known. We would return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the cottage is great - we were able to walk to restaurants, and the beach is right across the street (a quiet, one-way street), which is perfect. There were issues, however: the landscaping is so overgrown. There were bugs (We're from FL - so we're used to the wildlife). We called the mgmt. co.; they sent someone to spray. This "beachy charm" cottage needs updating and upkeep.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was not clean, we spent an hour cleaning the floors upon arrival, after our daughter spent 10-minutes walking barefoot her feet were completely black. Roaches everywhere. Mold in the shower areas. Its an older home, we get that, but clean the floors and hire an exterminator, that's a rather easy task for $300/night rate, yea its that much when you factor in all the fees. The only thing decent about this place was the location. If you're not going to clean it or maintain it, then sell it or demolish it to make way for someone who will.

Not what we expected

To start off, we were notified on our way down that the washing machine was going to be looked at the following day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday I called the office to see if the washer was going to be repaired and they hadn’t heard from the repair company so they had to call me back when they found out something. They did call back rather quickly and said the washer would need parts and unsure of when that would be. So we didn’t have a washing machine all week, which is a big inconvenience. The house is in desperate need of curb appeal, the place almost looks abandoned when driving up to it. The uneven floors and soft floors in some areas made us unhappy with this property. The kitchen was the only nice room in the house. I won’t book here again because of the lack of concern about the washing machine issue and the poor condition of the house overall. There is no pride in ownership and lack of maintenance.

AC Issues - Hot Hot but Unit only 1 yr. old

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and was a perfect size for our two families. Check-in was a breeze and we actually were able to get in the house earlier than the 4pm timeframe. The floors seemed a little dirty but we just wore shoes inside; otherwise, the bottom of your feet were black within 5 minutes of arrival. Our biggest issue was the AC. We found out after having someone come out over 3 times that the AC either 1) isn't large enough for the house or 2) there isn't adequate insulation to keep the house cool. We called on day 1 because the air was 77 upon arriving and continued to climb up to 82 degrees. AC Tech said he did what he could. So, day 2, air goes back up to 84 during the day and the AC Tech comes back out and explains there is nothing more he can do. The company finally brings a portable AC unit but it is placed in the living room where the thermostat is so come bedtime, the 3 bedrooms were hot as can be. So after two days of this and rather grumpy from no sleep, we go to the property office and complain and they give us 3 fans to try at the bedroom doors to keep the AC and the portable unit flowing the cooler air. The said they were sending out another AC company for a second opinion and yet the same AC Tech arrived. I know he was upset with us, because he was frustrated when he had done all he could on Day 1 of our arrival. Nothing changed when he came out yet again, to not fault of his. We ended up making the best of it but it definitely was not the best experience due to the AC and for what you pay to rent a house for a week, the darn AC should stay cool like you set it - not continue to rise. We couldn't even cook in the house for 90% of our stay due to the heat in the house and not wanting the stove/oven to make it hotter. We finally had to due to the food we brought needing to be cooked/eaten.I will say the property management company did respond to our calls best possible; this is on the owner for the AC issue! Plea

This place was great! Beach access across the street and the lake on the other side were perfect to walk the dog on potty breaks. The beds were comfy and the house was cute.

Great Location, fair price!

Property was in a great location. Clean and cute set up. AC unit may need some work and the landscaper needs to be contacted ASAP! Weeds were overgrown which interfered with the appeal and attracted a few uninvited critters however, it was a enjoyable trip. I would book again!

We were without aircinditioning for almost 3 days until they put in a window unit which did not cool the bedrooms. The renal Atlantis needed paint badly and updates. We didn't enjoy being there and although we told them on more than one occasion they didn't return our call nor refund any money since we left a day early and were without air. Go somewhere else.

There were 3 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room, nice living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Plus a wonderful front porch with rocking chairs and a small bistro table with chairs if one wanted to eat on the porch. It was literally a few steps from the beach. I would rent this cottage again in a heartbeat!

We reported it to Bryant Realty and it was repaired before midnight that same day. We found everything clean and in good condition. The porch was wonderful and convenience to the beach was excellent. There were 6 people and one beagle in our party and we had no problem with space to sleep, sit and use the kitchen and bathrooms. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We could walk out our back door and across the street to the Veggie Wagon, which we enjoyed. The location was quiet and convenient. The only other problem we had was bugs and before we vacated the property, an exterminator was there to spray. Altogether, it was a very enjoyable experience.
