Super cozy house & convenient to the beach.

This house is very cozy. Great layout with three bedrooms and two baths. The parking is great and can accommodate four cars. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Convenience to the beach was great!

Great stay!

We had a great time at Carolina beach and the location was great! It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach, even though the house wasn’t beach front. The house is older but you can tell they’ve put in work to make it more modern. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect beach

House and location was perfect for our family of 5 and pup. Very short easy walk to the beach and sunset from front porch made the location perfect. Check in and out was very easy and everything is as described/shown. We will be back again.

Best family vacation!

We more than enjoyed our stay here. Everything was fresh and clean when we arrived and smelled great. We were pleasantly surprised to see some of the amenities kept stocked inside. We especially loved the open living room area where we all gathered for movies at the end of our beach adventures. The owner was very kind and accommodating to our needs. You couldn’t ask for better views and location to the ocean and the waterway. We will definitely be back to this same spot! Thanks for the memories!!

Family time

A well maintained older home, very clean. We liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The only downside to our stay , the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. Nothing we couldn't live with for a week. Would definitely consider this property again.

What looks to good to be true be careful it wasn’t. GOOD AT ALL !!!

Toilet not properly seated All guest recd bites at night, red Toney bugs on mattress, trash bins overflowing on arrival also they were out of our site behind the barn, floors were dirty-dusty, rodents or ? Criters behind the walls scurrying at night, showers mildew and surety on arrival, deck was sticky , mold problems throughout the house almost required hospitial or doctor visit. Due to lungs congested and unable to breath. Bedroom under the beds extensive evidence of dust bunnies, mold growing in showers , dehumidifier didn’t work , 2 guest required to use their breathing machine throughout the day, stove Was dirty on arrival, ewindows molding shows signs of mold dust, bedroom tablets. Moved and areas. Of water rotting evidence. Side room that was converted had poor insulation. Outside traffic and voices clearly heard while in the bedroom. Smell of urine in the bathroom that had the floating toilet bowl all in all this was the worst rental we have the nightmare we have in the past 30 years have rented houses in the mts , beach and this was the worst the mold, dust almost required. A guest to be rushed to the Hospitial this the party ended Friday verses Saturday. We

Immediately after your review, we inspected the property with our cleaning team, who reported no such problems.- To address the points you raised in your feedback: Over the past two years, we have invested significantly in upgrading the property, including installing new HVAC systems, water softeners, and purifiers, as well as encapsulating and insulating the crawl space with a commercial-grade dehumidifier. We've also made improvements such as new decks, fresh paint throughout, and a new driveway. Furthermore, we have taken proactive measures to ensure the safety and quality of the air and water in the property.-It's important to note that we lived on the property for half of last year without encountering any of the issues you mentioned, except for a single toilet lid that needed replacement. Additionally, our thermostat is equipped with humidity and air quality sensors, which would alert us remotely to any issues. We never received any alerts during your stay, which further adds to our confusion regarding the discrepancies between your experience and our observations.Nevertheless, we take your feedback seriously and are committed to improving and ensuring such situations are not repeated. We regret not being informed of these issues during your stay, as we would have taken immediate action to resolve them. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future to provide you with the exceptional experience that we strive for.
