Hey Lynn - Thank you for the feedback. We had our maintenance tech go out to the property to check the AC's operation. He found the bedroom you mentioned has a single vent that that is working correctly. During your stay we did have some record temperatures! Though it reached the mid-90's, the heat index was over 100 for several days and HVAC systems are generally designed to achieve a 20 degree drop from that external temp to the internal temp. During these warm days, we recommend guest to keep blinds/curtains closed on sun facing sides of the building to improve the thermal efficiency and the room temperature. Overall we are glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to facilitating your next family vacation!

Christina, thank you for your review on the Williams unit! I am so sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay, but I'm relieved our maintenance was able to address everything quickly! This is the first I've heard about a mildew smell in the unit but will definitely look into that and see what we can do to rectify the problem if needed. We would love to have you stay with us again soon!

Vassilios, we are so happy you enjoyed the Williams unit and had a 5-star weekend trip to Wrightsville Beach! Having assigned parking is always a bonus on WB, since you can avoid costly fees and frustrations with beach traffic. We always log this info and if the mattress has repeat complaints we suggest replacement to the owner. I'm delighted to hear the unit was nice and clean, as well as comfortable for your family! You guys are troopers for sticking around for the hurricane - glad everyone was safe and the house held up well!
