上階には、オーシャンビューのプライベートデッキにつながるマスターベッドルーム、ランドリー設備、ゲスト用ベッドルーム、2つのバスルームがあります。 ガレージは卓球台とシャワーで囲まれた快適なシッティング/ダイニングエリアになっています。

Previous reviewers need to relax. For the place you can’t beat the location or the property. Is this the Plaza, no, but it’s an awesome place within steps from the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place/location but tub leaks

Upstairs bathtub appears disconnected from drain so water flows all over floor when used.

College Reunion Weekend

Pros: Property is in a great location!!! Easy walk to beach and the main restaurants/bars in Wrightsville. House was clean with upgraded bathrooms. Negatives: Granted it was a hot weekend but A/C struggled to get upstairs below 75 even at night. WiFi was terrible so unable to watch TV in early am or at end of day.

Hawes Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we love the Wrightsville Beach area! The beaches are so clean and the water is always warm and clear. As for the rental, although a few upgrades have been made, still not really worthy of the rental cost. When we arrived at 5pm the cleaning crew was still there. TThe garbage disposal did not work, but was eventually serviced. The window cover on the front door looks like an 8 year old installed it. The master bathroom upstairs has a dark ring around the drain (looks to be permanent) The tv in the living room didnt work properly all week (but thats typical every year)Over-all a decent place to stay. Still needs a few upgrades.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but the condo was gross. The outside shower wasn’t usable because the floor was falling in. Every shower had horrible stains. The bedspread obviously hadn’t been washed in awhile. It smelled like sweat, so I washed it before when we got there. The Wi-Fi that we were given at checkin was incorrect, but we were able to correct that the next day. The dryer screeched like a banshee. The master shower door didn’t work but Bryant came out and fixed that. The carpet is faded and worn out. Generally, I felt like I was in a frat house. I should have known when there weren’t in reviews in the past 2 years.

Great site, a bit outdated

The house is right next to beach access. The beach is great and not too crowded and very family friendly. The house was plenty big enough for 6 adults. With a couple of porches to sit on. Comfortable beds. TV and cable in all bedrooms and living rooms and good wifi. I would say the only thing is the furniture is very outdated and could do with sprucing up. The sectional sofa in the living room is pretty old and lumpy and everything looks like it's from the 80s! The kitchen looked like it had a recent refurbish and there are plenty of appliances and utensils. You will need to bring everything with you to cook however as there are no condiments etc.. However it was a great spot Wrightsville has easy access to wilmington and tons of restaurants and shops. The realtor was very nice and called us a couple of times on route to check in and during the week. The realtors office is a 2 minute walk. Check in was very easy. Parking is available for 2 vehicles and you will receive permits. There is a ping pong table in the car port but it was too hot to use it. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off from the beach - it could do with some tlc!

Hawes - annual rental review

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been renting the Hawes townhouse for 10 years now. I must say this last rental (July 10-17) was probably one of the most disappointing. Not sure where the description of "recent upgrades" came from, but we didnt see any upgrades. Matter of fact we saw a disappointing lesser place than we have in the past. If you can please pass along this information to the owner, it would me most appreciated. -we have seen an increase in rental price each year and a decrease in quality of the unit. -pots, pans, dishes - every year there is either a shortage or missing items. This year there were plates, bowls etc, stored in the cabinet over the refrigerator. You have to be 6'7 to reach the items-1st floor bedroom - the twin beds are in need of new frame/matteress-back bedroom upstairs, the chair is way out of place and when you sit in it, you sink to the floor-the deck table was broken, one of the legs. -the carport area looked like it had not been cleaned/swept in ages -TV in the master bedroom did not work. Took 2 days for a tech to come out an look atOver-all, probably one of the most disappointing rental years we have had! We have renewed for next year because we like the location and we have other family members staying on the street. Hopefully our return in 2022 we will find a unit more suitable for what we are paying for. Thank You!

Hawes was unacceptably dirty, outdated, and trashy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Hawes was overrun by dirty furniture, nasty rusty indoor showers, stinky floor tile, old dirty bedroom carpets. Outdoor furniture was trashy, old, and strewn all over. Kitchen utensils and pans/pots hadn’t been updated since the first day that house was built. Everything was greasy. The water smelled like rotten eggs. The oversized living room furniture was packed into a very small space and was sticky and smellly. The TV didn’t work. The blinds were 40 years old and broken. We gambled renting this house because the reviews were not good but there were no other houses left so we thought how bad can it be?? It was UNACCEPTABLE! Even if the owner doesn’t fix this property Bryant Reality should not rent it out -especially for that price. So disappointed.

A disappointment

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five stars for location. Three stars for everything else. Hawes has so much potential but missing so many finishing touches that would make it perfect. The kitchen, although fully stocked with cookware, there are few matching pieces and everything is mismatched. If you need a lid, you have to cobble one together. The knives are impossible to use because they are so dull. Most of the dishes looked visibly dirty so we had to run the dishwasher upon arrival. There is visible water damage in the ceilings, complete with mold growing on the air vents in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are very dated and were not well cleaned. The "linens" are a step down from a budget motel - the bath towels provided were barely bigger than a bathmat and less absorbent. Each bathroom was supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and the tub would fill with water when you'd use it. I submitted a maintenance request via the app and it was not addressed. The location is great but overall, the Hawes needs to be improved upon.

The lit. described space for 12, but I could work out only 10 bed spaces; we only needed 6; thus, no problem. We had 3 guests staying elsewhere in to eat 4 meals. Thank goodness for the deck table & chairs we could move inside. Parking (even 4 cars) was not a problem. Very few wine glasses, so we drank wine like water. Good utensils and pots & pans. A little pricy but 1) I don’t know the market and 2) what’s money? The drains could be slow, but it is the beach. The location was excellent and well life-guarded.

If You Get a Chance to Stay Here -- DON'T!

On the inside, the place has probably not been updated in 30 years. The carpet is nasty, the bathrooms are gross. The furniture was old. The cabinets were falling apart, and the glasses were dirty. We paid almost $1,800 for 3 days. CRAZY. The good news is it was steps from the beach and the washer/dryer were not nasty. Find someplace else. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

As a family (Bruning, Rhodes, Purcell) we have been renting from Bryant for over 20 years and vacationing in Wrightsville for over 40! We have always found our experience with Bryant to be very friendly and professional. Thank you for helping to make our vacation that much more pleasant! Our only comment would be in regards to the owners investing in some "upgrades". The pots and pans were old and very used. We mentioned this to your office and that same day we received new pots and pans! Thank you. Other area the owner could use an upgrade is the carpet on the steps leading to the bedrooms. Just a tad worn down. Other than that - thank you Bryant for a great vacation experience!

Great Time For All

close to the beach clear water just steps away.

I will go with the good things first , the house contains high end leather couch nice flat screen TV's and the appliances are nice. the internet and cable was good as well as the WiFi for all our devices. The first level with patio furniture and ping pong table was great area for the kids and evenings however it was very hot the week we were there. the outside shower was very nice and private. It was nice having a place near the beach close and to the pier. and the water here is the clearest i have ever seen on the east coast. Close to restaurants and uncw where my daughter was in a basketball camp. good parking for 3 cars, minutes for attractions. we stayed with another couple and the kids and each couple had a private room with separate bath. the owner and Bryant were very attentive for any issues we had. we had an issue with a shower head and it was replaced in a few hours. Now some negatives. The house was cluttered, as others had mentioned. There's just too much furniture and nik-naks decorative items in the house. too many pots and pans and kitchen items. clean it out with just the necessary items . I would move one of the king size beds to the first floor bedroom and put the twins bed upstairs. With children you don't really like to be on another floor . The carpet is in fair condition changing this to laminate would make a HUGE difference with tracking in sand and wet feet.
