Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very beautiful. It is exactly as described, only more beautiful in person. Every member of the family,as they visited, loved the blue tile in the was very clean and well maintained.The location was perfect. Just a few steps to the beach. Also, the management always provides excellent customer service on each and every stay. Our favorite restaurants are close by and include Doc Fords, Timbers and Traders.They all have excellent food. I don't want to forget the famous Light House Cafe for breakfast and lunch.

But the staff especially Marie in the welcome center was what made this vacation so relaxing and exceptional! The kayaks and canoe were great for hitting the canals to see local wildlife. The Moorings was everything a family could need to enjoy vacation.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The pool and grounds are very nice. The beach is a short walk from any of the gulf side units. I would highly recommend Sanibel Moorings!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to to Sanibel Moorings and we found both the unit and property to be outstanding. The meticulous unit appears to have been recently refurbishe, in a very tasteful manner, and had every possible kitchen and bathroom necessity which were all in excellent shape. The unit is also very conveniently located but does not offer a memorable view from its screened in porch. We would definitely stay here again. The property is also outstanding with the most beautiful landscaping and very convent access to the beach and island's back bays. It would be great if the kayaks were available for touring and bikes were included in the resort fee.

Very nice place to visit

Clean unit just steps from the beach. Property is beautifully landscaped and staff was prompt and courteous. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Room was in great location. Close to pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice canal area and the botanical gardens all around the property were nice. Room had everything we needed!
