CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL! Reduced rates due to some noise and dust in the building. This unit is complete and fully functional!

Enjoy your beach vacation in the beautiful ocean front condo. Private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and the spectacular sandy beach. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized and private en-suite bathroom with full shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a full bed with at twin bunk bed over. The guest bathroom is complete with a shower stall. The kitchen is well appointed with the comforts of home including a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender and ample silverware and pots and pans. The nice size living room has a queen size sleeper and plenty of seating. The unit is located in the perfect location to get away while being close to everything. A .7 mile walk to Garden City Pier and a short 1.7 mile drive to the new Surfside Pier and restaurants. Close to shopping, the Marshwalk, golf and mini-golf. The onsite restaurant and bar offers a fun menu for everyone to enjoy. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are inviting and waiting for you to enjoy. Let this piece of paradise add to your Grand Strand vacation and become your annual place to love and visit. **** Disputes and Chargebacks must first be addressed by hosts and guests. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback all fees and associated legal fees will be applied and charged to guests.****

We had a fabulous time, and Josh is a fabulous host...views from the balcony entertained us for hours. Accomodations where great, and everything was so handy! We will definitely be staying with Josh again, couldnt have asked for a better, relaxing 3 day vacation, from our farm.

Our vacation home for the week

Everything was convenient from the view, to the pool, two steps down to the beach, a nice little food/bar by the pool, a place to grill. Location is close to garden city pier and a short drive to many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Condo was clean and had everything you needed.

Peaceful and Quiet

Lovely location. Very clean. Not too populated, which is what we like, but still close by to places of interest. Hosts were very helpful and accomodating.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights as a little getaway for our 16th anniversary. The host was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The master bedroom was spacious with a full length mirror and the 2nd bedroom had bunk beds, excellent for kids. The view was from the balcony was wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

12th floor view

Each morning sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise. Looking below and seeing and hearing the ocean hit the beach. Very nice rental for the stay.

Great oroperty

Loved this property. The owners thought of everything. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of toys for the beach for those of all ages. The decor was so calm and inviting. Highly recommend this property. Josh is a pleasure to work with.

Beach Trip

The property was perfect for us given what we were looking for. The location was wonderful as was the pool and other amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and beverages from The Salty Pickle bar and grill as well. The Host was very communicative and informative and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The Condo was spotless and the Ocean view was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Garden City Happiness

I was pleased from the start of booking this condo, checking in and out. Josh was very responsive and friendly when answering any of my questions. I loved the Yale lock instead of keeping track of a key. My daughter stayed at the same place by another owner and had to pick their keys up at another location. The view of the ocean and sunrise was perfect. The beach was litterly steps away.
