We ask that you take precautions not to damage bedding in ANY manner. Any damage to the room, including but not limited to, bedding, towels, furniture, carpet, electronics, remotes, or other items, will be charged at the replacement cost. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour or if needed, the charge for professional cleaning. With awareness of bio-hazards, there will be at least $100 fee to clean body fluids of any kind. No glitter, candles, no hair dying. Bikes are NOT allowed in the rooms.
