この2ベッドルームと2階にあるロフト/ 2バスのコンドミニアムは、トレイルクリークと周囲の多くのコットンウッドの木を見渡せます。 1,300平方フィートで、最大6名のゲストを収容できます。 コンドミニアムは、清潔でシンプルで基本的な家具を提供しています。 リビングルームには川の岩の暖炉があり、キッチンとダイニングエリアに隣接しています。 ダイニングテーブルの座席6と追加の4つは、朝食バーに座ることができます。 ダイニングルームのデッキは夏のリラクゼーションに非常に魅力的で、屋外テーブルと椅子があり、トレイルクリークを見下ろすことができます。 このユニットには電話がなく、エアコンもありません。

Great Spot

Super quiet, spacious and comfy, an outstanding location that is walking distance to River Run Lodge and downtown and all at a very affordable price. My only detractors are that that there is a serious carpenter ant problem in both the upstairs loft and in the kitchen and the common area hot tub had green and cloudy water that definitely was not being properly maintained by the HOA.

Comfortable

Comfortable accommodations. Nice location, very close to River Run lodge and to village of Ketchum with all the restaurants and shops. Easy to stay in and cook in the well stocked kitchen. Especially liked the comfortable beds and fireplace in the living room.

Great location for Sun Valley Ski Trip

Property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Would stay again. Check in was a little confusing as I didn't receive (or couldn't locate old communications) instructions until the evening of our arrival date.

Cozy, comfortable place.

Great location, walk to town, restaurants, shops. Awesome bike path nearby. Arrived after hours, keys were not in lockbox. I guess someone forgot. Huge disappointment as we couldn’t enter property at 10pm, waited 45 for key to be dropped off.

Stay for 6 Adults

Found the cleaning to be mediocre at best. Upstairs unit requires lots of stairs to load and unload. Unit below had a barking dog. Some usual amenities not provided such as foil wrap, coffee filters, plastic wrap. No firewood either but that’s unusual. Otherwise the unit was fine and as advertised. I won’t rebook this particular unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are deceptive. The entire condo reeked and opening windows did not help. The carpet is in poor condition and wrinkled. The dining chair has a nail protruding from the seat that snagged clothes. The bathroom fan motor is loud beyond normal noise level. Very disappointed and will never stay here again until the entire place is upgraded and remodeled.

We loved the easy access to the river in the back as well as the deck to sit and enjoy a drink. Only downside was lack of air conditioning as we were staying in the summer during a heat wave, but thankful that they supplied fans. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Cozy ski condo, walk to the lifts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo, well dated, was very clean and had everything you would want and in working order. The kitchen was FULLY stocked for cooking. The location was great for both walking to the lifts and walking into town. The bedrooms were well appointed, lots of coffee table books to look at and a few games to play. The wood burning fireplace was a big hit! The condo obviously hasn't been renovated in many years. But furniture was comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. All around a wonderful stay. Looked as pictured in the listing. Very clean.

Great Condo with Great location

We enjoyed staying in this Ketchum property. We found it clean and well stocked. The location was perfect and we all fit nicely. Great place for a family to stay.

Great location

Location was excellent, very close to downtown and shuttle bus to River Run Plaza(ski area). The condo was very old, but nice. Downstairs bathroom was out of date, kitchen was short of few things. We had to wait for 40 minutes to check in.

This unit could be 4 stars but there is a gas leak from the water heater, mold under the cabinets and water stains on the ceiling. There were no visible carbon monoxide detectors and/or smoke detectors. The mgmt is not COVID safe, especially Barbara Wedman who only pulls up her mask when she approaches the counter. Also, employees were in the unit within minutes of checkin despite their claim of keeping the unit vacant for 24 hours. And lastly, don’t try to call, mgmt doesn’t bother to answer the phone if they are too busy.

Great huge spot close to the Mountain

We had a great stay and there is tons of room. It isn't the most modern or a TV in every room, but it is perfect for a getaway or a lodge that is close the mountain. Perfect for our use.
