Wonderful Place to Stay

Very quiet comfortable place to stay. Many amenities, very friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the library, pool, church, restaurant and walks. Great shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicest place in the entire complex.

Right across from the driving range, clubhouse, community center, swimming pool and hot tub. The condo literally looked brand new and had everything we needed.

Best condo in the entire park!

This place is amazing from the time you get there until the time you leave. It sits right across the road from the driving range, clubhouse and the swimming pool hot tub and activity center are right around the corner as well. I love this place, it's really beautiful.

Amazing people to work with

This group is an amazing business to work with. They pretty much handle everything and you don't have to do anything but give them a little information.

A week of getting away.

My daughter, dad and stepmom came down to Arizona to this place we love so much just to visit with people, swim, play golf and just relax. With the driving range across the street along with the clubhouse and hole #1 makes this the best place in the entire park. Very clean, easy and relaxing. Thanks for the hospitality.

Frustrated with TV

Not clear instructions for using streaming app for live TV...cable would be easier for seniors...TV size was too large for room...carpet in master bedroom was dirty ...

Recommendations

Loved the place and location. However, there were two issues. First, in the garage there was a small step up that was not very visible. Unfortunately, it ended up in a fall and emergency room visit. Fortunately, Dylan from your management company was at the house when it happened and marked the ledge with blue tape. Something should done to permanently mark this area, to avoid future incidents. Second, we provided our drivers licenses to you for the security gate. We had multiple issues at the gate and one night the only reason we were allowed in was because our friend that was with us is a resident of FOS. We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

thank you so much for the review, we did register you for the amenities in the home and would have loved the chance to assist in settling up with the guard gate as to why you weren't able to get in. we are grateful that you and your family are safe and will absolutely create a step strip for future guests
