Located on the 4th floor in building 5, unit 5415 offers stunning DIRECT GULF FRONT views from the large balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Other features include lovely décor, TV’s in all bedrooms, WIFI, washer/ dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Complex includes: beachside pool, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, BBQ grills, etc.

The Space:
Seaside Beach & Racquet 5415 is a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sitting on the beach, overlooking the courtyard, pool, and Gulf of Mexico.
The space features an open living area with tile throughout the common area. The living area features a sleeper-sofa microfiber couch, love seat, small table with seating for two, and balcony access. The balcony offers stunning views of the luscious courtyard, beachside pool, and the beach. Our well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters, ample counter space, custom cabinets, and stainless appliances, with seating for 4 at the bar. The space also features a washer and dryer & WIFI.

Moving into the bedrooms, you’ll see the master suite boasts a spacious king-size bed, lovely décor, a sitting chair, private bath, balcony access, & a wonderful beach view to wake up to. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed. The third bedroom includes a captain’s bunk (twin bed over a full bed) plus a separate single bed. There’s no doubt you’ll be resting easy in these quarters! While up to 7 guests are considered comfortable, Seaside Beach & Racquet 5415 can accommodate up to 9 guests if making use of the sleeper sofa.

Whether you’ve hit the beach all day or explored the area, make sure to cool down in the large outdoor, beachside swimming pool or take a dip in the indoor pool. While you are making dinner plans, don’t forget that an outdoor grill is on-site, so you can enjoy grilling up some fresh local seafood while watching one of our famous sunsets! Other great amenities include a steam room, exercise room, sauna, & tennis courts.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all of the complex amenities which include: include: sauna, steam room, indoor pool, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables.

The Neighborhood:
Seaside Beach & Racquet is located near all of the dining, shopping, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
🅿️Parking for condo: Purchase parking pass ($50 per vehicle with 2 vehicle max) from guard at gate upon arrival. Additional parking is available at our office across from the complex for $50 (subject to availability) located at: Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561.

5️⃣Building 5 is located on the beach overlooking the pool and beach. When you go through the guard gate, bldg. 5 is directly in front of you.

🚫NO SMOKING: SSBRC is a NON SMOKING property on the common grounds, except for 2 designated areas: 1) to the west of the indoor pool and 2) to the east of building 5 by the bike rack. .

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
