I rented this location for my girlfriend’s birthday.

Location was great! House was amazing and was everything we expected and wanted! We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful stay!

We loved this Timberline condo in Snowmass! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and the pool was great too (the perfect, warm temperature). The location was fantastic and we even caught an unexpected, free concert just minutes away on the ski slope! It was overall an amazing trip and we definitely plan to return!

Not the greatest

Hall bathroom smelled like sewage. Water pressure was horrible. Needs updating. Property management was way understaffed.

Great location, easy check in and out, nice amenities

We only stayed at the property for one night, but the check-in process was smooth and fast and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. The apartment was beautiful and well stocked. There were a few things broken, but we alerted the property manager and they are taking care of it.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
