This home has a cottage next door. There are not any shared spaces and although there is a short fence separating the lots, you might see other guests from time to time.

You will have access to the entire home with the large front yard and backyard. There is a single lane driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and parking in front of the house that can accommodate another 2 cars.
This spacious home features an open layout, highlighted by a generously-sized living room with a large sectional and a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, while an additional fourth bedroom adjacent to the living room offers both a queen size bed and a twin trundle bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts ample space and a gas stove, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. For dining, a large table in the dining room accommodates up to 10 guests, and an additional table on the outdoor porch creates a delightful setting for al fresco meals. Unwind in the evening with a luxurious soak in the large soaking tub found in one of the bathrooms. Completing the picture, the property boasts a beautifully landscaped front yard and backyard, complete with a deck that overlooks the scenic Rogue River.
