Coan River Cottage w/ Fire Pit, Pool, Movie Room

Welcome to Lottsburg Landing! Our home is a serene place to call home where you can enjoy the comforts of the countryside with the convenience of modern amenities like fast fiber optic internet. This home has several beds and two air mattresses (beds include: a king, a queen, a bunk bed room with extra twin bed, a crib, and a pack n play bed), which accommodate ten guests. It is equipped with a large private pool that goes 8 feet deep, movie room, game room, Soul Cycle bike, paddleboat, plenty of indoor/outdoor games for all ages, a grill, 65 inch Smart TV, and fire pit!

The space
From the moment you enter this cozy farmhouse style 2-level home, you will be surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. There are three spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, two balconies and a deck, as well as, a fenced in pool area. So many places to enjoy the outdoors! Relax on the front balcony to see water views of the Coan River or use the back balcony to view endless miles of cornfields.

Modern amenities
The home is newly equipped with advanced fiber optic internet, a 65 inch smart TV, and even a Soul Cycle bike with Equinox fitness classes programmed on the bike's flat screen! There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games for family and friend groups alike such as ring toss, Connect Four, Jenga, playing cards and Twister. There is also a laundry room available to wash and dry your clothes during your stay (just bring detergent). Grocery and meal delivery is also available upon request.

Amenities Policy: For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and towels based on the number of guests in your reservation. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest's responsibility.

Custom kitchen
Enjoy the use of our custom kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and custom cabinetry! We've got two sets of plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and plenty of cooking utensils and bakeware to make your stay feel like a home away from home!

On-site activities
We have board games available in the living room for use so you can cozy up to the fireplace in the evenings and play games with your friends or family! On the second floor there is also a game area with a foosball table to enjoy. Outside our pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day and goes up to 8 feet in depth! (Note: there is no lifeguard on-site so swim at your own risk) And if you're more in the mood to just relax and take it easy, take a walk down the lane to experience the tranquil fields of Glebe View Farms.

Kid friendly
There is a crib and pack n play available on-site for those with small children and life jackets for kids that can be used at the pool or on your trips to the lake.

Towels and linens are provided.
A lifeguard will not be present during your stay but life jackets are available. Swim at your own risk.
House rules and safety instructions are provided on-site and must be followed by all guests.
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances in order to prevent problems for guests with pet allergies.
Smoking and vaping are explicitly prohibited on the property.
The garage is not available for use.
You must bring your own firewood.
You must bring your own laundry detergent.
