Discover our enchanting 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat, accommodating 5 guests. Recently renovated, this cozy haven seamlessly combines modern comfort and whimsical charm. It includes a dedicated office space for optimal productivity.
Immerse yourself in the magical meditation trippy area, a serene sanctuary captured in the photos, perfect for inner peace and relaxation. Outside, a gazebo houses a hot tub with ambient lights and jets

The first bedroom, along with a second very small (twin size bed back bedroom (formally offered as an office space), is conveniently located on the main floor.
Ascend a stunning golden spiral staircase to discover the second bedroom, a cozy hideaway with an enchanting ambiance that truly feels like a page out of Alice in Wonderland.
Please note that the “loft” “tree-house” vibe bedroom is whimsical and a dream, but the golden staircase to ascend is tight, narrow, and steep. Please be aware of this when you book and know your own limitations. 🙏✨
A small carry-on-sized suitcase or smaller is what can be expected to get up to that level.
The loft tree house area bedroom has a queen.
The living room exudes a whimsical atmosphere reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance for socializing or simply unwinding after a day of exploration.
Plus, you`ll enjoy the convenience of dedicated off-street parking through the back, complete with a fully fenced yard and double inward swinging gates.!!!!!!!!
Parking Instructions: You can park on the street only in the parking area as allowed by the street sign but we would appreciate you just unloading from there and then pulling around to the back and parking in the gated backyard area after you’ve unloaded your things. Since the neighbor has no off-street parking of their own and they deserve parking out front of their house. 💜
Close by for emergency’s but give our guest their privacy and space.
Our location is unbeatable – we`re super close to Downtown, making it convenient for you to explore local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues
Uber and Lyft are so convenient. Public transportation is readily available as well. We are not far from the airport for those looking to spend a night close to down down and the airport as they await their departure or as a landing pad when they first arrive.
We do emphasize the importance of respecting our quiet neighborhood. As a family-friendly community, we kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours, allowing our neighbors the peace they deserve in their own homes.
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.
2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 4 guests in or on the property at any time - violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You also agree to pay for the `additional guest fee` associated with your reservation if applicable (just because it can sleep up to 4 doesn’t mean it`s all included in the nightly rate).
3) Checkin: This is a self-checkin property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by Airbnb through the house manual or check-in guide. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here and on the Airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: We don`t allow smoking. There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a minimum $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized as our housekeeper charges us in such a case. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth.
We allow 1 dog under 50lbs as we pay for a short-term rental insurance policy allowing pets. We charge $25/night or $225 total for the stay (whichever is less) AFTER you book, through the Airbnb platform. This fee is not an additional cleaning fee. When you bring a pet you agree to a “zero impact pet policy” meaning that when you depart there will be no additional work required to clean up as a result of a pet being on-site. Animals are not allowed on any furniture and we don’t have any carpet other than area rugs. Please help us by closing the bedroom doors to keep your pet on the hard surface areas and off of the beds. You will need to use the vacuum, are not allowed to let pets on furniture, and agree to follow the zero impact policy for pets both inside and outside, leaving no trace when you depart.
If you have a service animal we are 100% compliant with these laws but you are still asked to inform us AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL NATURALLY BE ASSUMED IT IS A PET, and you are still responsible for all cleaning and/or damage to the premises that occurs as a result of the animal. ESA in Utah is not the same as a service animal and will be treated as a pet.
5) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm-8 am.
- Please remove shoes/boots before entering the unit. SKI Equipment and bike or other recreational equipment must be kept in the entry area!
- If there are any signs of illegal drugs or smoking you will pay a minimum fee of $200 or more as decided by your host AND you will be required to vacate without refund.
- WE DO HAVE, AND DO MONITOR OUR EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS in front and in the back SO PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES :) They are cameras that are activated and can record video and audio. The two cameras; one on the front porch and one not eh back porch.
These rules may seem intense, but we are very easygoing when our lovely guests follow the rules and most everyone does. It`s our pleasure to host you!
Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
