Whether you're angling for a blue ribbon trout in the famous Wind or Bighorn River, hiking, biking, soaking in the World's largest hot springs, or writing a book, at the end of the day, you'll have a beautiful place to rest and restore yourself.

We had a wonderful stay while in Thermopolis. The private property with hot tub was great for us and our two pups. Easy to find, and easy to go back and forth to town and the hot springs! Good communication for questions to the owners. Would definitely recommend!

Celebrating our 40th Anniversary

Living on Colorado I don’t easily get impressed by scenery but this place exceeded my expectations The cottage was so homey, comfortable and well stocked the view was magnificent The fishing was exceptional Sitting in the hot tub in the evenings was a great way to end the day.We are so grateful that we were able to spend our 40th anniversary trip in such an amazing place

Great view of river and night sky

Great little cabin with a terrific view of the river. Perfect for star gazing at night. Everything was nice quality and comfortable.

Scenic Retreat!

Staying at Matt and Linda’s cabin was an absolute dream! The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made for the perfect getaway. The hiking trails nearby were incredible, and the thermal springs were an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Matt and Linda were wonderful hosts, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing retreat in Thermopolis, this is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded expectations. Accommodations were cozy, romantic, and private. View from the deck over the valley and the river was exceptional. Sunrises were incredible. We must’ve seen 150 deer, 50 antelope, and 12 turkeys glassing from the deck with binoculars. We also saw two shooting stars from the hot tub. And we were lucky enough to attend the Thermopolis homecoming parade!

The view could not be better! Very private and quiet, seriously, bring what you need so you never have to go anywhere. The hosts are generous enough to leave stuff from prior guests; you don’t need any spices, oils, sweeteners, condiments or paper products- a huge plus!We had 3 nights of the lovely moonrise, peace and quiet. Great place to stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay. Kids loved the hot tub and the deck and view were incredible. Easy access to town but very private. Well stocked and very comfortable. Hope to return again soon.

Beautiful ca in an beautiful place

This was all we had hoped for. Hidden away in a secluded area with a beautiful view. Clean comfortable cabin with all you might need. Only a few miles from town and all the attractions of this clean little town. Close to the hot springs state park and theraputic hot pools. The wind river canyon with all its beauty is right there

Meets the Expectations

It's uncertain how long Thermopolis will remain a hidden gem but this cabin preserves the it's western charm. We enjoyed our stay at the property which has a functional blend of rustic & modern amenities. The additional development to the cabin will surely increase guests comfort to the already beautiful property.

Best Views in Thermop!

This rental is a MUST!! The owners are so incredibly helpful and kind. The outdoor hot tub at night under the wide-open sky full of stars is incredible. The house is so cute and decorated so nicely. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The bathroom had very nice towels and products. The best thing about this house though is the incredible expansive view of the Wind River, the canyon opening from it and the Big Horn River that winds and flows by the ranches just below the house. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside every night for drinks, dinner and hot tubbing! Spent our days fishing, hiking and floating which was fabulous too. Will definitely stay here again!
