Welcome to Bahia Vista I 201, a bright and spacious bayfront retreat designed for relaxation and unforgettable Ocean City memories. This beautifully decorated corner condo features stunning water views from its expansive private balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down at sunset as sailboats glide across the bay.



Inside, you'll find an inviting open-concept living space with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and coastal décor that brings vacation vibes to every corner. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for meals at home. Gather around the dining table as the bay breeze flows in and enjoy the peaceful ambiance this home offers.



With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout, this condo gives families and groups plenty of room to spread out. The shared outdoor pool is perfect for sunny afternoons, and the Boardwalk is just a short walk away along with nearby restaurants, shops, playgrounds, golf, and local attractions.



From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee (please inquire in advance).

✹ Late check-out is not available.



How do I access the property?

✹ This unit uses an E-Lock system. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
