I was looking for a good value location close to the Jays spring traing ballpark and this delivered. I didn't need a pool, fitness room, fancy lobby; just a clean place and a comfortable bed which this had.
No place is perfect and this is no exception. If you are tall like me (6' 4") then beware. The ceiling slopes to the back where the bathroom is located so the bathroom mirror is too low, the shower ceiling is too low, the shower head is too low AND the worst part is the door jam leading into the bathroom is lower than than entrance door and I cut my scalp open (totally sober) because I failed to duck. Ignore all of this if you are less than 6' tall.
There is a grab bar by the toilet which is a thoughtful addition however it is not properly anchored to the wall and I hope the VRBO owner addresses this immediately.
Finally, I was disappointed that I never met the owner which is unusual in my experience.
In summary, this VRBO is a great choice for someone looking for an inexpensive choice, has the appropriate expectations and is NOT tall.
