Situated right at the entryway to the fantastic downtown Dunedin corridor, full of shops, micro-breweries, pubs, and restaurants along with a scenic marina and fabulous sunsets at the west end of downtown. Situated across the street from a vibrant restaurant and bar. Sit on your front deck and listen to great music!

Mid-century modern furniture with all the amenities of home. Large kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and plenty of space to cook and entertain.

My wife and I absolutely loved this rental. The bungalow itself was amazing. It had everything we could possibly need . It had cooking utensils, a stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. The bathroom was roomy and again had everything you could want. The dining area was large with an amazing table and chairs. My wife particularly commented on the decor and how it really added to the atmosphere. This bungalow also had access to a washers and dryer. This was great for washing our swimsuits upon returning from the beach. Parking was superb, in back of the bungalow away from the street. Lastly the location was only a short distance from Main Street and the activity there but far enough that there was no noise from it in the evening. I am telling you we are already talking about coming back. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Spectacular Bungalow in the heart of Dunedin

Great bungalow located in Dunedin. The location is key and you are able to walk into downtown Dunedin for food, drink and harbor views.

Adorable cottage

This cottage was absolutely adorable! Immaculately clean. Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. I’m thankful they have a fan to help block out the music from across the street and road noise. I’m also thankful I brought my own fan to further help block out the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again. Great location!

Perfect getaway

Fun Stay in Dunedin

Fantastic Stay!The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Dunedin! We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, breweries, and shops. It’s just off Skinner Blvd, so while there can be a bit of street noise, the provided sound machine helped (though we barely needed it).If you’re a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in, just keep that in mind—but honestly, with so many gorgeous beaches within a 30-minute drive, you’ll want to be up and out exploring anyway!The place had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen for nights we felt like cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple!
