With new appliances & all new LVP Flooring in this 968 square feet unit, we ensure that you have plenty of room for entertainment, guests, pets and more.
The living room has an existing account for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.
There is wireless internet provided throughout. This building to the unit is secure and is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. It’s close to a park, elementary, middle, and high schools. It’s near a hospital, shopping malls and grocery stores and more. So come and stay a while!!!

Good stay!

Property was above average and we had no issues with it and it worked out really well for our stay. I did have an issue with the very high deposit which I didn't notice until after I booked. (I did check the box without reading details but the previous listing with the same owner that I attempted to book didn't have a deposit so I didn't read carefully.) I don't know if this was a VRBO policy or the owner's policy but my understanding is that the owner can choose to require the deposit, but I also had an issue with how long they keep your money after the owner says there was no damage. Seems like a money grab to me on someone's part. I will not use another property that has such a high deposit. (And I'll check more carefully next time.)

Delightful Stay

I stay in Des Moines multiple times a year with my teen girls. This place is now my top pick if I need a place to stay again. It was easy to get to lots of different locations (we had to be at Jordan Creek, RecPlex and Wells Fargo arena all on this stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of coffee and foos choices a shirt stay away. Communication from host was quick and clear when we had questions.

Very easy

Our host was great with staying in contact if we had questions. She was also very understanding of our circumstances and tried to be as accommodating as possible at all times. This spot was ideal for our purpose being in Iowa and was coincidently located to a lot of stores and places to eat.
