Located blocks from downtown, indulge in the vibrant local scene with eateries, boutiques, and lively bars. Enjoy a walk or golf cart ride to Mississippi beaches that are just 1.5 miles away. Experience Ocean Springs' artsy vibe and rich history, making every moment here exciting and unforgettable!

Located just off the main road, this small and quaint private cottage features everything you need. A kitchen features all the basic cookware and dishes you need. 2 Roku TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom allow you to access your streaming accounts.

You have exclusive access to the entire home. Parking is shared with properties in the development.

The rental includes a golf cart, but guests must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and a signed Rules & Waiver Agreement before check-in. No refunds will be made for failure to submit the documents before check-in.

Located in downtown Ocean Springs, you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. The beach is 1.5 miles and a pleasant walk through downtown. Also within the Ocean Springs golf cart district, you may chose to rent a golf cart to get around.

You have your own parking spaces available next to your cottage rental. There are lots of great destinations within a mile walk or you are located within the golf cart district and can rent a golf cart. Street parking is also available downtown(during certain events, the City of Ocean Springs may not allow street parking, but your parking spaces will always be available at the cottage).

You are located downtown which has a railroad that runs close by and where many nearby establishments feature live music.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule.

No cats allowed. 1 dog is permitted and guest is responsible for providing a crate if you will be leaving your pet unattended in the home.

This is an adorable cottage with everything you need! We planned this trip to see Grease at the Beau Rivage and the location of this cottage was perfect. We had breakfast just down the road at the Blue Dog Bistro which was amazing! We had never been to Ocean Springs before but we will definitely be back and definitely stay at this cottage again!

The cottage was lovely and situated in a nice quiet and quaint area with easy parking. It has a sweet front porch.We had ice in the refrigerator and Kuerig coffee too. There was plenty of grass for the dogs as well. The bedroom is very small but sufficient. The split heat/AC bedroom unit is a bit loud.

Cute little cottage

Overall the place was awesome. Very clean, everything you need, except body wash, so I would definitely bring that. Only a tiny bar of soap provided. Walk to downtown was easy and not that far. Bed could be a little more comfy. But as I said, the house is very cute and welcoming, very clean. We would definitely book again.

Easy to access

The owner was easy to work with! My only downside to the stay was the location as it was right next to a bar and railroad tracks. It was loud in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Me and my boyfriend went down to the coast for a weekend trip and this was the perfect place to stay it’s within walking distance of town and the place was very nicely kept we highly enjoyed our stay

World within a World

Even though in the middle of Ocean Springs this little cottage community felt like a separate little area. Just off downtown but you felt like you left the city. Nice in the evening to relax. Try the Tatonuts donut shop just down the street. Life changing.

Great Location

Unit was as advertised; clean and great location! The only issue I had was very small, and that was just figuring out the A/C, but barely even worth mentioning. Will likely stay again when I come back to OS.

Clean space and nice for a couple.

Very clean and everything worked great. The train tracks and Juke Joint next door can be a little noisy if that bothers you. Walking distance to some local restaurants.
