Nestled in the heart of a serene mountain community, our charming three-bedroom + sleeping loft, two-bathroom condo is the perfect haven for adventure-seekers, family vacationers, or those just wanting a peaceful retreat. Here, you'll find yourself immersed in the tranquility of the mountains while being just a stone's throw away from an abundance of activities. Our community features several amenities, including 2 hot tubs, a seasonal pool, grills, and more!



The Space:

The newly updated condo is comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and the secondary bedroom a cozy queen, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. As you explore upstairs, you will be find the upstairs bedroom, which is decked out with a bunk beds, providing 1 twin and 1 full-size bed, perfect for kids or adults alike. Continue to the loft and you will find a plush queen size bed and work station in the loft, offering beautiful views and natural sunlight!



The full-sized kitchen, equipped with all the necessities, invites you to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not sampling the local cuisine. Laundry needs are conveniently met with an in-condo washer and dryer.



Take a breath of fresh mountain air from our balcony, offering idyllic courtyard views that will make your morning coffee or evening relaxation that much more enjoyable.



For our youngest guests, we have a pack & play, collapsible high chair, and kid-friendly dinnerware to make family travel a little easier.



Our community is not just about the breathtaking views. Hop on the free bus route right outside your door for effortless access to local attractions, or take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the gondola for an unforgettable mountain experience. Feel free to unwind in one of our two community hot tubs or the seasonal pool, while the little ones can burn off some energy at the small playground. Ready to grill up a tasty dinner? Take advantage of the grill stations available in the community, operating on a first-come-first-serve basis.



Please note, our condo is located on the third floor and does require stair access as there is no elevator. It's a small trade-off for the incredible mountain views you'll be treated to each day.

While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are available during your stay, there may be times when they are unavailable due to maintenance, unforeseen closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. These shared amenities are managed by the Homeowners Association and as such, their availability is out of our control and not something we can guarantee 100% of the time.

Distance to the free bus stop: 3 minute walk to shadow run bus station



Distance to Downtown: 7 minute drive or 2.9 miles



Distance to Hot Springs: 24 minutes or 10.2 miles
