Beautiful well located on desire and safe neighborhood, 15 minutes away from the strip and the airport. The entire house is ready for you and your family to enjoy either on summer or winter. Big beautiful pool with boleyball net and basketball on the pool . A wonderful bar full of amenities as gated patio really secure for the little ones, bbq, fridge, bar sitting area and outdoor dining area, fire pit.

Pictures currently used are not current. Upstairs sofa is broken stains. We selected this property due to the perks of the backyard. The grill was not even functional and it was filthy. The whole outdoor space was overgrown and dirty. The mattresses in theaster and 1 of the other rooms was so uncomfortable. It was clear no cleaning had been done or any maintenance really specifically outside. We even found a dirty sock and empty bottle under the coffee table in the living room. The dishwasher was still loaded and so was the dryer. I booked this stay in January. We were so disappointed of the overall look of the outdoor space and not being able to use the grill, never once did the host inform no propane was included, nor that she didn't even bother to ensure the space was clean before our arrival. She sent lawn care WHILE WE WERE There..like in the backyard. Some man lets himself back there and proceeded to clean the overgrown yard on my time. Super disappointed with the host. House itself was pretty. We didn't book for the house. We booked for the backyard...which was in horrible shape.

Quite Neighborhood,Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice house tucked away 20 mins from strip. Only suggestion is to add TVs to the bedrooms. There was only one TV in the house.

Inhabitable Condition
Property was in Las Vegas and it was warm out when we arrived. Turned on AC in the property and let it run all night just to find out it was not working. The temperature inside the house was 81 degrees and very uncomfortable. The pool was dirty and not working. Two of the beds had no bedding on them and their was hardly any towels. I reached out to the host and gave her the opportunity to resolve all issues while we were attending an event. Host had from 8am until 3pm to resolve and did not. The pool man was there fixing the pool and she sent her Nephew who was a kid to check the AC and give us bedding and linens. It was a very unenjoyable weekend. We were inconvenienced and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. Now when I tried to contact the host for a refund she ignores my texts messages and calls.

The inside of the house was clean. HOWEVER... The garage was a mess, stuff piled up all over the place. The yard was overgrown with weeds as well as the patio. There were items just laying around outside that could have been either put away or disposed of. The couch was STILL broken (see November 2023 review). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was only 1 small cheap frying pan with other pots. $59 at Costco would solve that problem. The garbage disposal didn't work. Slow drain in the sink because of that as well as the sink drain in upstairs bathroom. Many small upkeep items all over the place would improve this property greatly. I believe the biggest item was the signs in each bathroom that read "Sensitive plumbing do not flush anything even toilet paper you'll see it back". Really???

Hi David thank you for your feedback. The garage is basically the storage for all my Rbnbs. You were not supposed to enter there. The sofa has a problem with electrical outlets but it is a functional sofa. The kitchen has at least 6 pans and pots for the guests convenience. You stayed at the house for almost one week. You could easily call me and let me know about the garbage disposal and I would send someone to fix it right away. You never did. About the sing on the bathrooms I tried to make an statement just because I got a big issue with the plumbing last year. I has to pay aver 15k on repairs because some guest decided to throw glass. Female products and another things that created a big damage on the house. I don’t think is a big deal trying to get the people to understand that the houses we rent should be treated with cared. About the backyard. The “weeds” are a kind of plant that gets dry during winter and on spring blooms beautifully with colorful flowers. 🌸. But thank you for your two stars ⭐️ ⭐️. Some people just want to see the dark side of things.

Disappointing Experience, Not as Expected
I booked this home for a 30-night stay and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, the house had an unpleasant odor, and the floors felt sticky with an unusual film. There were very limited linens provided—only four towels for the entire stay—and there were no basic cleaning supplies or tools such as a broom, mop, or vacuum. I ended up purchasing supplies and doing an initial cleaning myself, which did help with the odor.The bedding in the primary bedroom was rough and ill-fitting, making sleep uncomfortable. The cookware was worn, with scratched non-stick surfaces, which I did not feel safe using. The stove appeared to need a deep cleaning, with visible grime and grease buildup.There were multiple remotes for the TVs, but no guide to explain their use. The property manager was responsive and attempted to assist via video call, which I appreciated.The pool was dirty when I arrived, though after I notified the manager, a pool cleaner was sent out promptly. Still, I would have expected this to be addressed before check-in. The back patio also needed attention, as it had debris and what looked like animal droppings. The outdoor kitchen was in poor condition and not usable during my stay.Overall, this home has potential, but I was disappointed by the condition upon arrival and the lack of basic amenities. At this price point, I expected a more comfortable and well-maintained rental experience.
